Our Audio Craftsman have used an overwater-underwater microphone configuration comprising the Sennheiser MKH50 for the overwater mic and the Aquarian H2a Hydrophone for the underwater recordings. Sounds for you to use for sci fi lasers, thin sheets of ice and electricity popping sounds recorded with a contact microphone and a slinky.
Inspired by thin ice sound recordings and huge pictures of power lines, I recorded a slinky with a contact microphone in order to get some sounds for some thin ice. I ended up with a lot of sci fi lasers and “star trek torpedos.” With some cool bouncing popping electricity stuff, take a listen and pick up a copy to throw in your library when creating sci fi stuff and/or some electricity being sent through power lines!!
Here is a little demo. I think some cool sounds were captured. with the 96k recording you can pitch it quite harshly and get some fine stuff…..the last 2 laser “blasts” have been pitched for you to hear. the first one at 20% of the original speed and the last at 15%. The library is a collection of traffic ambiences of various characteristics, recorded in different areas and types of roads in the city. From the downtown to more peripheral areas, including intersections, roundabouts, fast lanes, busy streets, traffic jams with claxons and quieter situations, but always focusing on the sound of moving vehicles in the city. All sound perspectives are covered, from distant and diffuse traffic, recordings made at medium distance, to very close emplacements at street level. Some of the files have been recorded from bridges, top of buildings or balconies trying to avoid the proximity of pedestrians and closer elements other than pure traffic. You will also find a few traffic ambiences with rain and some others that include pedestrians and other urban elements.

This was experimental session, with 7 microphones placed in different places, such as plant pots, watering can, bucket, behind wicker chairs, on the wall and ground. Get the sound of honey bees – inside and outside their hive – with this 96kHz and 24bit Beehive sound library.
All files were recorded outside the town, far away from the roads to capture the clean sound of the hardworking bees.
I had a chance to record those insects before the feeding time, so they were hungry and really active.
My main goal was to capture different sounds, not only the ambiences but also some close ones, like the sound of the bees landing on their landing zone or just the interior sound of the hive.
14 stereo files were recorded with Sound Devices 702, Sony PCM-M10 recorder, two DPA 4061 microphones hidden inside a hive and two Sennheiser MKH 8040 to capture the ambience in front of the hive.
Every stereo AB interior recording can be split to mono to isolate the single buzzes, and the library features a total of 44 minutes of bee sound recordings.

The library features sounds of both empty and crowded streets. Mornings and nights sounded different from siesta time, that’s why I’ve recorded streets during all those times.
Another location was a fish market recorded in the morning, during most intense moments.
Other files covers the traffic on the streets full of honking scooters, barking dogs and just cars passing by.
In addition to the recordings from Trapani, you’ll find sound of the airports, not only in Italy but also in Poland, which contains both Polish and Italian walla.
Walla sounds varies from ones with a lot of people talking from different directions, to more narrow ones, with small groups speaking from one place. Most of the recordings are not that easy to distinguish, but there are also files where you can hear very clearly every word.
Italy – Sicilian Ambients features 36 WAV files, recorded with two 8040s plugged into Sound Devices 702 and Sony PCM-M10 portable recorder. The total length of the files is 321 minutes.

A huge part of this library is based on the recording sessions by (and in) rivers. Most recordings were done during the winter just before sunrise, to reduce the amount of unwanted sounds.
Almost all recordings are completely clear and free from any birds in the background.
The first location was river called Łyna, and there I’ve recorded a sound of water flowing at different speeds, along with the sound of a dam reducing the speed and height of the river’s flow. The second interesting part of this location was the amount of fallen trees in the water, causing the water to split. Because of this, there was a lot of sonically interesting places to record.
The second river is called Guber, and it’s much smaller than Łyna. I’ve picked this place because of the really subtle water streams, and something even more amazing, natural dams built by beavers. The amount of work these animals put to built those dams is incredible.
In addition to recorded rivers, this library also includes the sound of water dripping inside underground sewers. During one of my field recording trips I discovered a hatch. I could not resist to go inside, and what I discovered there was far beyond my expectations. I made a two small trips there to record it from different distances, with different microphones in mono and stereo.

The Renault Master 2.3 dci diesel van sound library is a go to pack for many transportation related scenes. It features 102 96kHz files, more than 130 minutes of audio covering different aspects of using a car. Inside you’ll fine engine recorded under the hood, stereo recordings from cabin during driving, exterior passes and different maneuvers and foley recordings.Renault Kangoo 1.6 16V:The Renault Kangoo 1.6 16V sound library features 227 96kHz/24 bit WAV files (including RAW files, for design purpose) recorded with 2 Sound Devices 702, 2 Sennheiser MKH 8040 microphones, Rode NTG3, 2 DPA 4061 and Sony PCM-M10 recorder. This library covers sounds of regular driving, slow and fast accelerating recorded under the hood and inside a drivers cabin at the same time, so the files are in sync and ready to edit in your DAW. In addition this library features exterior recordings, from slow passes through medium and fast ones, reverse sounds, doppler effects, braking and idle, driving away and more.
Everything was recorded from 3 perspectives with different equipment. Mono recordings followed the car all the time, and were recorded with NTG3. Stereo ones were recorded with Sony PCM-M10 and Sennheisers MKH 8040 in ORTF. Those microphones were standing still, capturing the car passes from left to right.
Last but not least, foley. This library covers different actions, like opening and closing doors recorded from the interior and exterior perspectives, opening and closing slide doors, hood, back doors and windows. Pulling and releasing the hand brake, AC fans, buttons and switches, emergency and turning lights, opening and closing glove compartment and more.
The total length of the files is 142 minutes (without RAW files). In addition to the cleaned and premixed files, you will receive Engine RAW recordings as a separate download link. Thanks to those files you can design the engine or interior sounds the way you like.
