    Recorded for a short film on a rainy day in Copenhagen, this is a 1985 Mercedes 200e 4 Cylinder sedan (previously advertised as 6 cylinder, but thanks to a fellow sound recordist my error has been corrected). There are a hand full of 5/6 minute takes with onboard engine sounds. Ignition starts, stops, different engine revs, interior driving ambiences with light rain, pass bys, a couple of horn honk doppler pass bys, pass bys at different speeds, and extensive seat creaks and squeaks, along with basic doors, idols etc. Also included is two inpulse responses with 3 passengers and 0 passengers for you to load into your IR plug-in.     Get almost 5 hours of sounds of Sicily, Italy – captured at various locations during different times of the day. The library features sounds of both empty and crowded streets. Mornings and nights sounded different from siesta time, that’s why I’ve recorded streets during all those times.

    Another location was a fish market recorded in the morning, during most intense moments.

    Other files covers the traffic on the streets full of honking scooters, barking dogs and just cars passing by.

    In addition to the recordings from Trapani, you’ll find sound of the airports, not only in Italy but also in Poland, which contains both Polish and Italian walla.

    Walla sounds varies from ones with a lot of people talking from different directions, to more narrow ones, with small groups speaking from one place. Most of the recordings are not that easy to distinguish, but there are also files where you can hear very clearly every word.

    Italy – Sicilian Ambients features 36 WAV files, recorded with two 8040s plugged into Sound Devices 702 and Sony PCM-M10 portable recorder. The total length of the files is 321 minutes.

Our Audio Craftsmen meticulously edited the samples and programmed 50 patches and integrated them into our Kontakt interface giving film composers, music producers, sound designers and game developers a vast array of options to create music and compositions in various genres.

    There are 9 main patches including 3 melodic patches, 4 chord patches and 2 foley patches with the organ adjusted at different stops. We also recorded genuine major, minor and complex chords helping people with less knowledge in music theory to write songs and chord progressions. We also covered foley patches with keys, squeaks and pedal sounds to add an essence of natural character.

    Our in house composers built additional designed patches which include; Harp like arpeggiators, ethnic instruments such as the harmonium all the way to electro leads, game boy organs and dubstep inspired basslines. We even manipulated samples and built patches for metal and rock music. 

    We have included patches for a variety of circumstances like abandoned church organs, space generators and creaky room voices. We have also included low subsonic impacts and rumbles to add weight to your sounds and music. Some of the patches like glorious arp, telephone arp, tweeting birds, drunken organ, sea shanty organ, harmonica and cathedral hits are ideal for adding texture and interest.

    Our user-friendly Kontakt interface provides a variety of controls that encourage experimentation within the patches. We have included a mic mixing section with ADSR where you can adjust the levels for treble, bass and stereo (multiple mics) if you need to add more width to the mix. The built-in Arpeggiator and Step Sequencer are great for generating hundreds of variations in seconds.

    Ambisonic – PickUp Truck interior is a small package of interior recordings performed in a Mitsubishi L200, under multiple use-cases.

    The captured vehicle model is a Mitsubishi Hunter L200 2012, with a 2500cc Diesel engine.

    It includes driving on asphalt and gravel at various speeds, while the windows are open or closed for each scenario. Rooftop rain was also recorded and added to this package.

    The Ambisonic version can be great for creating different listening angles of an interior car scene that uses several video angles, using it as an ambient layer for interactive experiences or simply implementing it into a real-time gaming audio engine.

     

    To create this product a Sennheiser Ambeo microphone paired with Zoom H8n was used.

    Please note that the Ambisonic version also includes a stereophonic rendering of the files.

We captured sounds from window glass, busy roads with vehicle pass bys, metal posts and rails with football impacts, water passing through pipes, metal containers, plastic buckets and much, much more.

    All of the included sounds were then precisely edited and designed by our dedicated in-house team to build ambiences such as: outer space, underground bunkers, submarines, weather stations and other abstract ambiences. Moreover, all the files are available in 24Bit 96kHz and extensively tagged with metadata and are UCS compliant to simplify your workflow.

    The subsonic sounds in this library will also make a great addition to your library as layered effects, to build an enigmatic mood in your projects, and will be perfect as drones and backgrounds for futuristic, sci-fi and horror scenes.

    Vocal Dopplers Vol. 1 is a collection of stereo field-crossing pass-bys formed from vocal recordings. The included Dopplers feature an assortment of speeds, pitches and timbres, enabling you to unlock your creativity when designing the sound of your scenes.

    Doppler effects are a form of acoustic illusion, caused by the changing frequency of a source’s sound wave as it moves away from or towards an observer. Due to the effect’s realistic imitation of physical movement, you can incorporate these Dopplers into your work to enhance the dimensionality and verisimilitude of objects.

    To make this library, our Audio Craftsmen first captured a variety of vocal singing notes. These were then processed into Doppler effects varying in polar opposite tones. One batch contains positive, uplifting and mysterious, moving textures, while the second focusing on negative, darker and ominous textures.     Psychedelic Cicadas Vol. 1 is the first instalment of our cicada ambiences produced in collaboration with Cesar Rodriguez Pulido and Guile Martins.

    A huge variety of cicadas were recorded in the Brazilian Savannah – a biome located in the heart of Cerrado, Brazil. Each species has its own tone, pitch and rhythm, and together they form hypnotic polyphonic choirs. Their songs were captured in a multitude of natural acoustic spaces and are accompanied by other local fauna, including parrots, crickets, frogs and dogs.

    These rare recordings are perfect for designing natural, omnipresent atmospheres or crafting more abstract, unusual sounds.
