Sci-Fi Interface Construction Kit Vol. II

The Sci-Fi Interface series returns once again with yet another packed library filled with fresh frequency modulated content, achieved with newly found techniques and approaches.

Aimed at complementing Vol. I of this series, Vol. II shifted its focus towards more unconventional sounds, on the noisier spectrum of science fiction User Interfaces. You’ll find a lot of robotic conversations, raspy glitches, insectoid clicking, amongst other oddities, created with experimental software pieces and semi-modular synthesizers. All of these sounds have been finely cut, edited and mixed, created with little to no use of external effects, ready to be dropped onto any given audiovisual project.

165 minutes of varied atmospheres and textures are also present, ranging from simple resonant ambiences, to digital sounding engines, to just plain harsh data processing sounds. Combined with over 900 one-shot sound effects, you’ll quickly settle behind the joysticks of your newly built space-ship, ready for an intergalactic journey beyond the sonic realms.

Doom Drones 2

It’s been awhile since Doom Drones, came out, and we put another excellent collection together that is over twice the size! Enter Doom Drones 2, a collaboration between SoundMorph, Tibo Csuko (Robotic LIfeforms 2, Sinematic 2), Boris Karékine (Robotic LIfeforms 2, Sinematic 2), Real Cardinal (Sinematic 1&2). Doom Drones 2 is a great addition for anyone wanting to enhance dark ominous moments.

Doom Drones 2 contains more than 9.7Gb of eerie, doomful, dark, atmospheric field recordings, designed drones, backgrounds, and musical drones. Perfect for something in the realm of a David Lynch film, ambient music production, a horror film, or just to set the mood of a foreboding sound scape.
All files are 24bit/96khz .WAV stereo files, all meticulously embedded with Soundminer & Basehead metadata.

Electric Field

257 sounds of electricity sorted in 8 main categories: Electronic data, Interference, Motor, Pass-by, Periodic Noise, Permanent Noise, Permanent Tone and Switch on/off.

From analog to digital, from low sub drone to high pitch pulse, from “warm” power-on of a generator to a harsh distortion interference, this library contains all you need for your realistic room machine ambience, your space gun, your robot motion, and all the strange things in your head.

Animal Hyperrealism Vol III – for existing MC Complete Customers

Animal Hyperrealism Vol III is a library containing sounds themed animal vocalisations, from real to designed creatures totaling more than 1700 individual sounds in 279 files.

The sounds were recorded in zoos and wildlife centers. The asset list includes but is not limited to: european red deers, monkeys, reindeers, hornbills camels, crickets, tamarins, boars, frogs, red ruffed lemurs, parrots, and many more.

The content has been recorded at 192KHz with a Sanken CO100K plus a Sennheiser 8050 for center image and a couple of Sennheiser MKH8040 for stereo image.
Part of the cheats section of the library features samples recorded at 384KHz. For these sounds an additional microphone was employed, specifically the CMPA by Avisoft-Bioacoustics which records up to 200 KHz. This microphone was used to record most of the library but the 384KHz format was preserved only where energy was found beyond 96KHz not to occupy unnecessary disk space.
All files are delivered as stereo bounce of these for mics, though in some instances an additional couple of CO100K was added to the sides.
The resulting ultrasonic spectrum is rich and allows for truly extreme manipulation of the content.

Bonus: Two extra libraries included for free:
This library also includes two additional releases from Mattia Cellotto - for free: Crunch Mode delivers 230 crunchy sounds made with a variety of vegetables, fresh bread, pizza crust and a selection of frozen goods. The Borax Experiment gets you 158 squishy, gory, slimy and gooey sounds.

The Glitch 2

With THE GLITCH 2 sound library Sound Response brings you the second installment of totally twisted, mangled, glitchy, twitchy sonic madness! Great for sound experimentation and exploration these glitch sound effects often turn out to be an effective source of inspiration in music production and sound design, especially in music genres like electro, dubstep, EDM, IDM, drum’n’bass, glitch hop, industrial, hardcore, and other electronic and experimental music styles!

They’re also very useful as a sound design tool for video games, movies, trailers, and other cinematic projects, where you can either use them as they are, or you can unlock their full potential by combining and layering them for creation of all sorts of futuristic sci-fi and hi-tech sounds, mechanisms, robot sound effects, and other sci-fi sound effects! If you’re looking to expand your sound effects collection and sound design audio arsenal with high-quality glitch sound effects THE GLITCH 2 sound library is a must-have!

THE GLITCH 2 sound library contains 192MB (341 sound effects) of high definition 24 Bit / 96 kHz Stereo WAV files, embedded with metadata to speed up your workflow.

If you like the sound of THE GLITCH 2 then be sure to check out the first installment – THE GLITCH for even more glitched mayhem, and also Signal Interferences sound library that features somewhat similar glitchy sound effects!
