Jory Prum, a legend in the game audio community, tragically passed away this week after a motorcycle accident. In his honor, the Beep movie project has released this special interview with Jory from March 2015. Here, he speaks about game audio, his work and approaches – and much more:

We left the footage kind of “raw” so you can get a sense of what it was like to spend time with Jory in his studio in Fairfax, California. We’ve cut out a lot of the voice session we sat in on, but big thanks to Erik Braa for being a good sport about having us there. Recorded in March 2015.
