Big. Wheels. They are the coolest things to kids and the toughest things to ride as adults. The Biggest Big Wheel library will take you on a trip down memory lane to the time you rode your big wheel to the park with your friends or that time you decided to try and ride it to the corner store. Fiat Panda 169 sound library delivers vehicle sounds of a usual mass production car. The featured model was manufactured in late 2009 and has run about 40.000 miles at the time of recording. With the small 1.1 litre / 55 HP engine it is a lively compact size city car for daily use. The rear muffler already showed some rusty traces of age so that the entire car emits some very characteristic sounds, especially from the exhaust.
For the library the Panda was recorded to 18 takes with 6 onboard mics. These takes feature the car in various driving situations on asphalt, dirt road and gravel. Each take comes as Reaper set with time-aligned tracks from 2 mics in the engine bay, 2 interior mics, 1 wheelhouse and 1 exhaust microphone.
The exterior sounds – that encompass engine on, off, acceleration, approach, stop etc. – are recorded with Sennheiser MS Setup.
Additional foleys of doors, switches, wipers, windows, seat belts etc. are recorded separately with the car´s engine turned off.
The 2015 German MAN Lion’s Coach tourist bus includes 425 clips in 48.1 gigabytes of audio. It features the sound of a 6-cylinder 460 hp Euro 6 diesel engine.
The collection includes a total of 13 synchronized takes from exterior and onboard microphones. The exterior microphones captured departures, passes, arrivals, ignition, shutting off, idles, and doppler horns from 9 microphones at 4 positions. The onboard microphones were placed inside, at the exhaust, in the engine, the luggage hold, and in the washroom in 15 perspectives (including an Ambisonic perspective) as the coach drives at steady RPMs, with gearshifts, and ramps. Also provided are 4 designed mixes of the interior, exhaust, engine, and luggage compartment.
The package comes complete with performed effects of doors, wipers, fans, and more, Pro Tools and Reaper mixing sessions, custom mixes of onboard and exterior perspectives, and full Soundminer, BWAV, and MacOS metadata embedded in every clip.
Get the sounds of an old Piaggio Zip 49cc, a 2 stroke scooter from 1999. Its peculiar sound makes it an inestimable tool for film and games, whether it is a karting game, a sandbox or a drama movie.
The library contains 72 onboard, 36 external and 38 foley recordings. Onboard recordings consist of 3 channels (two exhaust and one engine). A mix of these 3 channels has been included. Each single channel is included as well, so it can be layered as you please and make a different mix of the onboard recordings. External files include a stereo setup and a following shotgun.
The riding recordings, where many different actions are happening, contain descriptive markers to highlight interesting events in an otherwise featureless waveform. These markers can be read in programs such as Izotope RX, Reaper and Soundminer. The markers are also included as .txt files in a separate folder.
All files come in 96 kHz/24 bit with embedded metadata.

Anybody familiar with travelling on the London Underground will be aware of the distinct soundscapes beneath the streets of London; from the clatter of the ticket hall barriers to the eerie rumbles from the tunnels, waiting in anticipation for the next train to come rushing past before stopping with the squeal of the brakes.
Each type of train on the network has its own distinct characteristics such as the moaning of the electric traction motors or the peculiar sound of the 1996 Stock used on the Jubilee Line.
All of these sounds have been beautifully captured in 24-bit 48KHz quality- recorded both with XY stereo microphones and binaurally- creating a highly realistic experience for headphone users.
The Massey-Ferguson 3060E Tractor Sound Effects Library delivers 33 files (External, Foley, OnBoard) with over 30 minutes of driving time on the road. There are two main driving speeds (gears): medium and high – plus one additional external, really slow one.
All sounds were captured at 24-bit, 96 kHz samplerate. Passbys and approach are stereo wave files. Foleys are in mono. OnBoard recordings include 4 different channels: Engine1, Engine2, Exhaust and Backside. You can layer and mix all 4 channels of OnBoard sounds, they will line up nicely in your DAW or audio editor.
The Renault Kangoo 1.6 16V sound library features 227 96kHz/24 bit WAV files (including RAW files for design purposes), recorded with 2 Sound Devices 702, 2 Sennheiser MKH 8040 microphones, Rode NTG3, 2 DPA 4061 and Sony PCM-M10 recorder.
This library covers sounds of regular driving, slow and fast accelerating recorded under the hood and inside a drivers cabin at the same time, so the files are in sync and ready to edit in your DAW. In addition this library features exterior recordings, from slow passes through medium and fast ones, reverse sounds, doppler effects, braking and idle, driving away and more.
Everything was recorded from 3 perspectives with different equipment. Mono recordings followed the car all the time, and were recorded with NTG3. Stereo ones were recorded with Sony PCM-M10 and Sennheisers MKH 8040 in ORTF.
Those microphones were standing still, capturing the car passes from left to right. Last but not least, foley: This library covers different actions, like opening and closing doors recorded from the interior and exterior perspectives, opening and closing slide doors, hood, back doors and windows. Pulling and releasing the hand brake, AC fans, buttons and switches, emergency and turning lights, opening and closing glove compartment and more.
The total length of the files is 142 minutes (without RAW files). In addition to the cleaned and premixed files, you will receive Engine RAW recordings as a separate download link. Thanks to those files you can design the engine or interior sounds the way you like.
Are you looking for skid sounds for your next action movie? Well, this sound library is made for you.
“Skid and Drift” is the result of 4 years of recording work. It is a complete collection of skids from various vehicles, recorded from multiple perspectives, on all types of surfaces, and in high quality (dirt, dry and wet concrete, gravel, etc.).

Jaguar iPace – An electric SUV designed by Ian Callum, launched in 2018. This is the first fully electric car created by Jaguar. The sound of the car or what Jaguar calls an “acoustic alert system” was designed ahead of legislation requiring all-electric vehicles to emit an exterior sound to notify pedestrians of its presence.
The library consists of a wide variety of both onboard and exterior sounds. We recorded foley of doors, knobs, locking mechanisms etc. Exterior pass-bys at various speeds, arrivals, and takeoffs. An extensive amount of onboards, driving at very slow paces with both steady and varying speeds, city driving, higher speeds, various accelerations and decelerations at various paces. The library offers 19.5GB of sound in total.
The way car sound is set up is it’s emitting a tone through exterior speakers at speeds up to 30mph, which then fades away while starting to feed an interesting tone through interior speakers to compliment the feeling of acceleration for the driver and passengers.
All of the sounds have labelled ISO tracks and also a mix for each take for your convenience. Sounds captured at 24bit/96khz. Enjoy.
All aboard!

Land Cruiser – the iconic offroader
We consider this one of Flysound’s best ever recordings. We have tweaked our engine recording technology and now we capture the inner workings on 2 Neumann U87 studio microphones. The sound motif has plenty of heavy, low, powerful presence.
Much additional material was also recorded – gear shifting, door action, wipers. We recorded the vehicle expressing itself in a manner befitting its well-loved role as the tough guy motor, the jeep of choice for bosses, gangsters, the young rich, and even extremists. For the sound of self-confident motorized alpha oomph, choose this one
A lite and mixed version of this suite is also included, comprising 19 authentic stereo 24 bit/ 48 kHz files, designed, mixed, and studio packaged on best-of-breed equipment for simpler tasks which would have a preference for a package of ready made stock sounds of the Land Cruiser.

Animal Hyperrealism Vol III is a library containing sounds themed animal vocalisations, from real to designed creatures totaling more than 1700 individual sounds in 279 files.
The sounds were recorded in zoos and wildlife centers. The asset list includes but is not limited to: european red deers, monkeys, reindeers, hornbills camels, crickets, tamarins, boars, frogs, red ruffed lemurs, parrots, and many more.
The content has been recorded at 192KHz with a Sanken CO100K plus a Sennheiser 8050 for center image and a couple of Sennheiser MKH8040 for stereo image.
Part of the cheats section of the library features samples recorded at 384KHz. For these sounds an additional microphone was employed, specifically the CMPA by Avisoft-Bioacoustics which records up to 200 KHz. This microphone was used to record most of the library but the 384KHz format was preserved only where energy was found beyond 96KHz not to occupy unnecessary disk space.
All files are delivered as stereo bounce of these for mics, though in some instances an additional couple of CO100K was added to the sides.
The resulting ultrasonic spectrum is rich and allows for truly extreme manipulation of the content.
Audiobeast is proud to present our second sample library; the only library of its kind to focus entirely on weapons being fired in urban environments! For this recording session we were given access to a military training site known as a FIBUA (Fighting In Built-Up Area) consisting of streets with a variety of buildings, vehicles, and exclusive permission to fire weapons in several locations. Pictures of the street and gas station locations and firing points are included.
The aim of this library was to offer the slapback type tails needed for gun sound design for convincing city scenes in film, games and tv production. It’s always been difficult to find gun recordings in a city environment so we hope this library helps sound people everywhere.
This Library contains over 3 GBs of weapons being fired in multiple urban environments, a street, outside of a gas station and inside of a tower block. 218 WAV files of single shots, bursts and many with multiple takes, all recorded at 96 khz 24 bit, with heaps of information on microphones used and distance from the firearms.
Various distances were captured, from the DPA4062 on the guns themselves, to the distant other end of the street 100 metres away. To add, some mics were positioned around corners, a nearby graveyard, through walls and in armored vehicles to capture a variety of perspectives.
Minimal cleanup on the recordings was carried out very carefully so as not to introduce any artefacts into the recordings, they are presented as raw as possible.
If you need a wider selection of interior gun recordings please check out our first library – The London Warehouse Firearms library

All files have been meticulously edited and cleaned, and have embedded UCS-compliant Soundminer metadata.
Animal Hyperrealism Vol I is a library containing sounds themed animal vocalisations, from real to designed creatures totaling more than 1300 individual sounds in 290 files.
The sounds were partly recorded with animals trained for media production, partly recorded in zoos and wildlife centers. The asset list includes but is not limited to: african lions, bengal tigers, horses, donkeys, cows, exotic birds, owls, bobcats, pumas, dromedaries, wolves, dogs, geese, lemurs, gibbons and many more.
All the content has been recorded at 192KHz with a Sanken CO100K plus a Sennheiser 8050 for center image and a couple of Sennheiser MKH8040 for stereo image. All files are delivered as stereo bounce of these four mics, though in some instances an additional couple of CO100K was added to the sides.
The resulting ultrasonic spectrum is rich and allows for truly extreme manipulation of the content.

There are many great independent sound effect libraries available these days. The main problem with having so many, is keeping track of them!
A Sound Effect is a great hub, and is one of the first places I visit to look for sounds by category or genre. I started coming here to see if I could find libraries that I knew I had heard, but forgot WHERE I had heard them.
And in the process discovered libraries I never would have found otherwise. Great work! Keep it up!
We're always looking for new sounds to mangle, so when A Sound Effect had a holiday sale, I tried them out.
The purchase experience is really smooth and quick, and delivery is almost instant.
I'll definitely come back to them again in the future!
A Sound Effect is a wonderful resource for indie sound effects libraries. On top of that, it has some of the finest sound design, film and game audio interviews!
I often need very specific types of sounds so I've become a big supporter of independent recorders.
Until now I've always had to go to their individual websites. Now I can find them all in one place.
And, Asbjoern is great to work with!
A Sound Effect is a well curated boutique sound effects shop and a great place to find industry interviews and learning resources.
