We’re taking about the Chevrolet G20 Beauville V8, which in other words is the Hippy Wagon but it moves and sounds better than its German counterpart. Big grumbling motor action, rhythmic rattling of the parts, and the growl of the engine.
We’ve recorded this great van (btw, corpos mentis) with our best practices of vehicular capture. The engine has the Neumann U87s under the hood, and the same for the exhaust system, with the Shure SM57 and Electro Voice ND 868 recording too. We have the revs, the drive off, the stopping, and the manoeuvres too.

A lite and mixed version of this suite is also included, comprising 16 authentic stereo files 24 bit/48 kHz, designed, mixed, and studio packaged on best-of-breed equipment for simpler tasks which would have a preference for a package of ready made stock sounds of the Chevrolet Beauville Van.
