I picked up lots of wood, metal, plastic and many other objects (including bats on old attic) to record this library, which is divided into categories, like: bow, brush, debris, hit, hum, metal, ratchet, scrape, spin, water and etc.
All recordings were made at 96 kHz sample rate for further manipulation, and they’re categorized by source objects and contain metadata.

Vintage Telephones SFX library contains 244 sounds extracted from 10 historic, rotary dial devices designed between the 1880s and 1980s. Inside, you’ll find three common ringing patterns (used in the USA, Australia, and Europe) for each telephone type, handset pickups/set downs, number dials 1-0, hook toggles, as well as single ringings with natural long ring decays to design your own ring timings according to your project needs.
In addition to the standard telephone sounds, we captured some experimental ones, which were generated by feeding the devices with random low frequencies, thus producing some really weird mechanical rattles, buzzes, glitches, and unusual bell ringings.

Vinyl Record Noise is the first sound library from Oddball Audio. The library features eleven 10” blank records recorded from start to finish at 45rpm. The records were cut and pressed by Lathecuts in Arizona using a myriad of techniques to get the most surface noise, pops, crackles, and hiss for your sound design pleasure. In the cutting process they used four different lathes with varying noise floors and records made from many types of materials.
The library is perfect for use in any project that may need vinyl records to give it that vintage feel! Additionally these samples are great to use in granular processing, music, or to add subtle layers to a burning fire.

Many of the subjects in this library are captured from a variety of perspectives and with a multitude of takes so you can just as easily drop them into containers and events within a dynamic game environment, or choose from a wide variety of performances to perfectly fit in a one-off film scene. The vast majority of the library (99%) is recorded in 96kHz resolution, with a small chunk (1%) captured in 48kHz. This was done to save you some disk space regarding some of the longer and larger recordings. This is a truly comprehensive exploration of the sonic depths emanating from the wonderful world of tea and coffee.

A mini library for the Series 2000 SFX collection featuring water balloons hitting various surfaces, and various handling – from impact splashes, rolls and bounces, to metallic thuds, rubber stretches and dripping.
This sound effects library is all about those bubble sound effects. Water bubble sounds from plastic, metal, ceramic containers – long, short, speedy, slower, distant and close bubble sound effects. More than 500 sounds in total.
The Water Volumes SFX library gets you over 300 sounds of natural hot-springs, bubbles, and liquids of various densities boiling under the effect of dry ice.
A large amount of content was recorded during two weeks spent in the city of Furnas, Azores, where volcanic hot-springs of all kinds are active. Other recordings were gathered with the use of dry ice.
Most recordings will contain energy up to 96 KHz as they were recorded with a Sanken CO-100K at a 192KHz sample rate. Others were gathered with the use of an Acquarian H2A, Sennheiser MKH8040, 416, a Sony D100 and a Tascam DR-05.
The collection was recorded over a trip to Sao Miguel, Azores, and several other recording sessions in the UK.

This is the windmills sound effects archive from Morten Green Sound FX
27 soundfiles of totally 62 minutes of sound in 96 kHz 24 bit.
The windmills recorded in this archive are 6 old 45 metre tall windmills, generating electricity on the coast of the small Danish island Orø. They are rather old and worn out, so they generate a lot of interesting noises, especially when you get very close to them.
The structures are from metal, bolted into a concrete foundation with small openings, so you can actually get the microphones underneath the reverberant structure itself, for sounds from inside the windmills. The blades are made from glass fibre and pretty worn, so they give a lot of nice whistling noises.
There are recordings from many different distances to the windmills, ranging from 150 m to right underneath the windmill structure.
Most of the sound files are more than 2 minutes in length.

The sounds were recorded in stereo at 96 kHz 24 bit. The equipment used was a Sony PCM-M10 and the files were processed, edited, and mastered in Reaper.
A massive electro-acoustic drone SFX library reft from a custom designed and hand-built instrument! These drones were coaxed from a unique instrument using the power of air. No harsh picking or plucking, just assorted techniques for moving air deftly across the strings.
The guitar, Yvaine, was recorded simultaneously via two tracks (one direct and another amped and mic'd) and was set to 23 different tunings to encompass the full spectrum of her voice, character, and soul. The tunings are as follows:

The files range from uber clean and harmonic to gritty, crackling, and distorted. For some of the overdriven amped recordings, we even experimented with creative NR settings for the modulation of artificial harmonics…and kept some of the more colorful results! Between the two different tracks, multiple takes were made per strength, per position, per recording. Depending on which takes were best, some of the DI and amped captures matched, while others were physically different. This offers unique layering capabilities for some sets while allowing for variety in others. Some of the sets are missing particular strength recordings at specific positions. But if a capture wasn't appropriate, we didn't include it.
This is a bountiful collection of droning goodness. Use it for good.

There are many great independent sound effect libraries available these days. The main problem with having so many, is keeping track of them!
A Sound Effect is a great hub, and is one of the first places I visit to look for sounds by category or genre. I started coming here to see if I could find libraries that I knew I had heard, but forgot WHERE I had heard them.
And in the process discovered libraries I never would have found otherwise. Great work! Keep it up!
