The ‘Just Impacts – Extension I’ sound effects library features 237 sound effects of mainly metal and wood impacts, metal armor hits, crashes, door slams, heavy metal drops, shield blocks and metal wall hits.
All sounds are were recorded with RODE NTG-3 and a NT55 microphones into a Sound Devices 702 recorder. Each sound was edited and cleaned, so there’s no noise or other unwanted sounds. The sounds were EQ’ed and compressed for that extra punch.

The library was recorded with two sets of microphones: A stereo pair of JrF C-series contact microphones were used to capture the more delicate inner sounds of the printer while a stereo pair of Sennheiser MKH8040 microphones recorded the more raw outer sound of the mechanical motor movements.
You get the sounds in two formats: 96 KHz 24 bit and in 44.1 KHz 16 bit, for more convenient ways of utilizing the sounds in games and other media.
Get the roaring sounds of a 1974 Ferrari Dino. This Daytona 246 GT edition Italian made exotic car is a 5 speed manual mid-engine v6, and it's known to be The Ferrari without an exterior Ferrari badge.
53 wave files were captured in 24 Bit, 96 kHz – and the combined recorded driving time is more than 28 minutes.

This library contains sounds from seven museums, an administrative area and the National Zoo. All recorded in M/S using the ultra-quiet Sennheiser MKH40 and MKH30, and decoded into stereo files.

The Cloth sound effects library is dedicated to cloth and textile movement sound effects.
It features a wide range of different materials being handled, such as backpacks, pillows, sheets, leather belts and jackets, table cloths, shirts, canvases, gloves, rain jackets, chinos, jeans, pullovers and much more.
The Cloth SFX library was recorded using a highly sensitive Sennheiser MKH8040 microphone and a Sounddevices 702t recorder with ultra low noise preamps, to capture the sometimes subtle nuances these materials produce.
The glass door slides sound effects pack features 59 deep, rattling – and slightly reptilian – recordings, captured with a custom contact microphone.
The sound effects offer up lots of creative sound design uses, and work well when layered with another sound texture or material, and as a standalone sounds too. Samples were recorded at 24 Bit, 96 Khz.

There are many great independent sound effect libraries available these days. The main problem with having so many, is keeping track of them!
A Sound Effect is a great hub, and is one of the first places I visit to look for sounds by category or genre. I started coming here to see if I could find libraries that I knew I had heard, but forgot WHERE I had heard them.
And in the process discovered libraries I never would have found otherwise. Great work! Keep it up!
