ReCenter automatically repairs off-center stereo recordings while keeping the original stereo width which makes it an invaluable time-saver and a perfect tool for professional post-production. Fix off-centered stereo field recordings, dynamically center vocal artists or musicians that moved around the stage or center hard directional effects like drive-bys and stereo whooshes. ReCenter makes tedious panning automation obsolete so you can focus on your creative flow.

What is RECENTER?
ReCenter is a stereo processor that rotates an incoming stereo signal to the center or a given angle without altering the stereo width. Having the incoming signal centered, you can narrow or widen the stereo image within ReCenter. For a better low frequency control you can mono the original signal below a set frequency. A multiband processing option intelligently shifts more complicated signals.

DYNAMICALLY CORRECT STEREO IMAGES
Have you ever worked with stereo material that was not centered correctly? Pointing a stereo microphone a hundred percent accurately onto a sound source gets harder the further away the source is. As a result, you get a recording with a constantly shifting center that would require you to manually adjust and automate the panning over the whole recording. ReCenter continuously analyzes the directionality of a stereo or M/S signal and rotates it to a given target angle in real-time – without narrowing the stereo image.

GOOD-BYE CORRECTIVE PANNING
Correct poorly aimed or moving stereo recordings while skipping the time-consuming and most often ineffective pan automation process. All you need to do ist tell ReCenter how hard, fast and precisely it should adjust your signal.

Why Urban Explosions? Most explosions in movies, games or trailers don’t happen out on a plain field, they happen in urban environments with buildings around them that shape the character of the explosion sound in a very specific way. The special thing about our urban explosions sound FX library is that it has been recorded in a real urban environment, so you get super-realistic reverbs and tails instead of artificially processed post-production reverbs or tails that don’t sound urban at all. For the sake of completeness, we also recorded a non-urban explosion on a plain field, so you’re covered here as well.

We had a lot of microphones with us and we placed them in all possible positions around the explosion spot. We have very close mics, close mics, medium distance mics, distant mics, mics in front of buildings, mics behind buildings, mics inside of buildings. Each explosion in the URBAN EXPLOSIONS CONSTRUCTION KIT comes with a minimum of 24 channels, including a 4 channel ambisonic file, so you can simply drag all channels to your DAW and easily mix the sound exactly as you want.

MEDIEVAL LIFE – CONSTRUCTION KIT
MEDIEVAL LIFE – CONSTRUCTION KIT is a real treasure when it comes to quickly designing the background ambience of a movie or game scene. As the sounds are meant to create a convincing background soundscape, the source sounds were recorded in distance to the microphone to capture the original medieval environments and to provide you with a nice open room environment right from the start without having to add complex synthetic reverb or impulse responses.

Most of the sounds were recorded in authentic medieval environments in Germany. We went out to visit medieval heritage sites like ruins and castles. For the market place recordings we went to farmers markets around the cathedral in Mainz, Germany that was built around 975 A.D. A perfect place to capture the spirit of medieval market places.
On our trip we recorded the hard life of people living in this era. We recorded medieval farm sounds like animals, mechanics of old tools, hurly-burly on marketplaces, blacksmiths hammering metal and working with wood, church bells, voices and a lot more.
