Acquired from some very, very good people with the confidence to step in front of a TLM 107, this library encompasses all manners and methods of laughing. Smirks, snorts, puffs, chuckles, giggles, guffaws, hees, haws, roars, cries, and belly laughs. Some are playful, some are unenthusiastic, some are raucous, while others are uncomfortable. Detailed and precise, all of the tiniest nuances are captured from soft breaths to rapid mouth clicks to gravelly throat catches.
Voices are special. Voices are unique. While you may get lucky and be able to pin these joyful laughs nicely to a particular character or voice in your project, they are most powerful when used creatively as layers, one-off events, and definitive signatures in a product, scene, or design. All recordings are captured at 192 kHz to give you the utmost flexibility when stretching and modulating these assets, and we most definitely recommend that you do!
We understand. This is a specialized library that you may not need to frequently call upon in your everyday sound work. But suddenly, when you really can use a good laugh, it will be there, chock full of chuckles, ready to rock.
This is a unique bicycle library that captures this characteristic bike in clean, quiet, nicely performed true exterior rides. Including multipleperspectives, speeds and actions. From fast passbys on asphalt to slow onboard recordings and smooth stops.
The GoodBike is a smooth sounding retro bike that doesn’t rattle or squeak, it has a really nice tire sound for a subtle presence in the mix.
Speeds and actions:
Three speeds. Departures from slow, medium to fast getaways. Arrivals from slow stops with gently squeaking handbrakes to heavy stuttering skids.
Five perspectives:
1. Onboard Front: captures the whirring tire and surface sound.
2. Onboard Pedal: nice overall combination of pedaling, crank creaks, chain rattle, tire and surface sounds.
3. Onboard Rear: close up sound of the rear axle, with chain, sprocket and switching of gear.
4. Tracking shot: mono recording of the passby, keeping the bike in focus while passing by.
5. Static XY shot: stereo recording of the passby that emphasizes speed.
Overview of perspectives and mic placement:
Onboard recordings are 2-3 minutes long depending on speed. Higher speeds > shorter duration.
All 3 onboard mics are edited in sync with one another to make layering easy.

Metadata & Markers: Because we know how important metadata is for your sound libraries we have created a consistent and intuitive description method. However, we are aware that some people have different needs for different purposes, so we've created a Metadata Reference Guide that explains the structure. And because we've automated the metadata proces, you can be confident that a 'find & replace' command will always replace all instances.

A killer antique accordion full of paper crinkles, key clacks, sick sounding wheezes and old wood creaks. The antique accordion was rescued from a local antique shop. It has a hole in the bellows that creates a distinct wheezing sound, and it is loaded up with strange squeaks, pops and paper textures.
We rolled on this instrument for about an hour, and did everything from flicking the keys to dropping and pounding it. The accordion took some abuse, but in the end what it gave back was a wealth of old sounding textures you can’t fake.
This instrument was recorded at 24 bit 96k, in dual mono – with an AT4050 for a wide perspective and a Schoeps CMC6.MK4 for a close perspective. Comes with 57 .wav files and 19 Kontakt .nki files (the .nki files require the full retail version of NI Kontakt 4.2.3 or later)

This library is all about wheels – and lots of them! This sound effects library is a collection of field recordings of freight trains in the San Francisco Bay area with a route along San Jose, Richmond, Oakland, Emeryville, and San Francisco. All the recorded freight trains were old, rusty, and covered in graffiti. When in motion they come alive with very unique sounds such as metal on metal scrapes, heavy thuds, clunking, and screeching noises. All trains were recorded within 15-20 feet from the mic setup of Schoeps 2 CMC 6 U mic bodies, a Schoeps MK4 and MK8 mic capsules, and a Rycote windjammer fed into a Sound Devices 744T.
