    This library has been fully recorded at high altitude (over 2000m and more) in the heart of the French Alps in places such as the Vanoise National Park and the Natural Reserves of Aiguilles Rouges, Passy, ​​Carlaveyron and Vallon de Bérard.

    This collection provides more than 2 hours of high quality recordings such as alpines pastures ambiences, forests, wind, streams and waterfalls as well as herds of sheep or cows, birds and distant marmots, all without any human sounds.

    All recorded in 24 bit / 96 kHz and fully tagged with metadatas, Summer Mountains should provide you the essentials of a mountain journey.

    What do you get when you combine a nature preserve, a small lake with a stream, and a nearby airport? You get beautiful scenery and a confusing soundscape. Walk along the path in the Barbara Key Nature Preserve in Illinois. But careful not to step on any plants of flowers.

    Park N Planes includes recordings of a small fishing lake inhabited by families and birds. Attached to the lake is a small stream, additionally recorded with a stereo pair of Aquarian H2a hydrophone microphones for low rumbles and high popping sounds. Listen as the birds chirp, bugs buzz and fly past the microphones, not to mention planes and helicopters flying overhead. Along with planes and helicopters, you will also hear distant vehicles.

    Park N Planes has over three and a half hours of recordings packed into 27 files, over 1500+ sounds, and 15.17GB. All files are recorded using the Sennheiser MKH8050 and MKH30 into a Sound Devices Mix Pre-6. All Metadata tagged and updated using the Universal Category System in Soundminer, Basehead, and Soundly.

    This library contains more than 200 natural ambience clips with embedded metadata. They´re mixed and cut into: loops, transitions and variations to be ready to use inside your project.

    The metadata precisely points out any bird species, the specific environment and acoustic properties, the current day-cycle, weather conditions and any foreground or background events that are audible in the clip. To enhance the ease of use, I decided to structure the library as a modular toolbox for ambience sound design.

  • Vehicle Sound Effects Tractor Famulus RS1436L, Multi-Channel Play Track 23+ sounds included, 8:30 for Multichannel takes, 8:00 min for stereo takes mins total $45

    This library delivers sounds of a vintage tractor that was manufactured in the communist part of Germany right after WWII.
    The featured model is a Famulus RS1436L from 1956. It has an air-cooled 2-cylinder diesel engine that generates 36 horsepower from 3.3l displacement. Due to the low operating speed of only 1600 rpm some of these engines are still running today.

    For this particular library the Famulus was recorded from 7 onboard mics attached around engine, frame, rear wheels and exhaust. The Tractor performs cold start (with the second cylinder delaying), various manoeuvres at the yard as well as uphill and downhill drives along a hilly dirt road.

    The library is completed by various exterior stereo takes that encompass idles, aways, approaches, pass-bys along windy farmland plus takes from the drivers perspective.

  • Car Sound Effects Electric Vehicles vol. 2: BMW i3 Play Track 211 sounds included, 162 mins total $60

    Looking for electric car sounds? This library delivers 211 files / 162 minutes of stereo recordings of the BMW i3 electric vehicle.

    The BMW i3 is a B-class, high-roof hatchback manufactured and marketed by BMW with an electric powertrain using rear wheel drive via a single-speed transmission. Its underfloor Li-ion battery pack is offered in two capacities as well as with an optional range-extending gasoline engine. The i3 was BMW’s first mass-produced zero emissions vehicle and was launched as part of BMW’s electric vehicle sub-brand, BMW i.

    As of December 2016, the i3 ranked as the world’s third best selling all-electric car in history with more than 65,000 units sold since its inception.

    This very quiet car has been recorded using onboard DPA-4060 microphones, to capture the engine and tyre sounds. The different surfaces are gravel, asphalt and rumble strips on the highway. The interior sounds have been recorded using the Zoom H5 XY microphone. There are also contact mic recordings of the wheel housing using Schaller mics.

    Passby sounds have been recorded using Line Audio CM3’s in an XY setup as well as the Zoom H5 XY microphone. There are passes on dry and wet asphalt as well as gravel at different speeds.

    Finally the engine has been recorded using the Elektrosluch electromagnetic microphone, resulting in 33 minutes of electromagnetic madness in 96 kHz.
