Explore the essence of Earth’s raw energy through Elements Enhanced, the latest sound effects library from 344 Audio. This collection captures the core forces of the natural world, offering creatives a rich variety of recorded and designed sound effects to elevate their projects and spark new levels of inspiration.
This is not a weather library, it’s something elemental, immersive, and designed to capture the raw forces of nature in their most creative and cinematic form.
Over an extended period, our expert team at 344SFX has meticulously synthesized, recorded, and shaped sounds drawn from the earth’s most formidable elements, delivering a bundle that puts the raw power of nature at your command. We braved the elements, so you don’t have to.
This bundle includes an array of elemental textures, from designed air thrusts and sweeping pass-bys to electromagnetic ambiences, glitches, movements, and surging currents. Hear fire in all its forms: from subtle crackles and sharp pops to roaring flames and bubbling geothermal lava flows. Shape scenes with intricate leaf rustles, foliage movements, and glass impacts, scratches, and shatters. Add depth with designed liquid bubbles, splashes, whooshes, and surreal ambiences. Embrace the grounded weight of wooden impacts, gritty rock movements, and shifting dirt layers. This library offers the tools to craft immersive environments, heighten dramatic moments, maintain realism, and bring elemental forces to life across film, TV, games, and beyond.
Inside, you’ll find a blend of pristine natural recordings and imaginative, expertly designed assets from our in-house audio artisans — making this library suitable for a wide range of film, television, and video game genres.
With over 1900+ sound effects, each embedded with UCS metadata and delivered in both 24-bit / 96kHz and 192kHz, Elements Enhanced is your toolkit for elemental sonic storytelling.
Continuing the popular Videogame Foley Essentials series (Vol. I, Vol. II, Vol.III), Vol. IV offers an additional 1325 individual sound effects all mixed at the same volume level, carefully cleaned of any unnecessary background noise and artifacts. These sounds are ready to be integrated into any audio middleware solution, such as Wwise or FMOD. Recorded with videogame development in mind, all sounds are short, snappy one-shots with dozens of iterations, making them ideal for layering, stretching and bending to achieve surprising results. The goal is to streamline the workflow for editors and sound designers by providing ready-to-use sound batches for their middleware projects, avoiding auditory repetition and fatigue for gamers while keeping them fully immersed in their upcoming adventures.
You’ll find in this library the following folders with clear nomenclature and corresponding metadata related to various interactions either with environmental objects or the characters in the game:
Vintage Radio includes long takes of AM and FM frequency browsing, along foley content featuring all the buttons and switches present on this old-school stereo receiver.
The AM static and noise recordings have a warmth rarely found on modern radios, perfect for use in military settings or obscure transmissions in spy flicks. The FM browsing sounds feature traditional rapid radio station switching with garbled voices, brief musical stings, and a mix of cleaner, harsher static and noise suitable for more modern contexts.
Both the AM and FM browsing takes also include extended segments where I experiment with this stereo receiver’s equalizer. These takes possess a certain musicality, as the frequency boosts and reductions introduce additional variation to the aforementioned neutral recordings.
To complement this library, there are foley recordings of all the buttons, faders and switches on this stereo receiver’s front panel.
Analog Days contains 390 sounds extracted from old portable cassette players, Retro WW tube radios, vintage turntable vinyl record players and retro tape machines. This is really a sound time capsule ready to send your projects back to the good old analog days and give that sense of analog imperfection that makes the sound really interesting.
Debsound: Analog Tape Noise Sound Pack 01

Electrical Awakening captures the hidden buzz, hum and EMF of everyday objects:
From the inner workings of a car engine starting up to dopplered garden lantern hums and servo movements, this library has a unique selection of electromagnetic sounds. It's an electrical symphony of sound. These sounds were recorded with a Lom Label Elektrosluch 2 (Stereo coil pick-up) into a Sony D100 at 192kHz/24bit.
Electricity is a collection of various types of designed electricity sounds using various props and signal processing. No actual electricity was recorded in the creation of this library, its intent is for high intensity and combat electricity sounds that would be difficult to edit with acoustically recorded elements.

Electromagnetic Design contains a wide variety of unique and abstract designed sounds including glitches, electronic movement, ambiences, futuristic elements and more.
Our Audio Craftsmen recorded sounds using electromagnetic coil pickups which capture signals and noises from devices. We used speakers, desktop monitors, computers, keyboard, mouse, room heaters, lights and even from a dehumidifier to generate the effects, all in 24Bit 96kHz allowing for further manipulation!
These recordings were then meticulously edited, designed and meta tagged, providing you with a suite of sounds suitable for Science Fiction, Horror, Abstract and Dramatic Films, Games and Television projects. The included sounds work well for machine, weapon, transition, gunshot, futuristic devices and many other types of sound effects.
Here are the included folders:
Electronic Movements: Transition, whoosh, whip and buzz fly bys to bring your scene to life.

Sounds that drone, sounds that buzz – sounds that go “YipYipYiiiipfffrrrszz…”. No kidding. Recorded with induction coils/telephone pickups or whatever you want to call them, these sounds are excellent sound design material.
In fact, I couldn’t help “performing” a bit when recording some of them, just to add a little extra movement.
Futurescapes is a collection of ten highly stylized 5.1 surround soundscapes, as well as a toolkit of the elements used throughout. These 4 hours of audio are perfect for sci-fi, horror, and thriller settings – anytime you need some deep tension. A Sound Effect is an excellent resource for us to keep our animated films sounding unique and exciting.
A Sound Effect is a great asset to have discovered.
We found the site very easy to navigate, purchasing and downloads were effortless and the effects themselves are awesome! Asbjoern has done us all a great service.
We’ll definitely be back!
There are many great independent sound effect libraries available these days. The main problem with having so many, is keeping track of them!
A Sound Effect is a great hub, and is one of the first places I visit to look for sounds by category or genre. I started coming here to see if I could find libraries that I knew I had heard, but forgot WHERE I had heard them.
And in the process discovered libraries I never would have found otherwise. Great work! Keep it up!
We're always looking for new sounds to mangle, so when A Sound Effect had a holiday sale, I tried them out.
The purchase experience is really smooth and quick, and delivery is almost instant.
I'll definitely come back to them again in the future!
A Sound Effect is a wonderful resource for indie sound effects libraries. On top of that, it has some of the finest sound design, film and game audio interviews!
I often need very specific types of sounds so I've become a big supporter of independent recorders.
Until now I've always had to go to their individual websites. Now I can find them all in one place.
And, Asbjoern is great to work with!
A Sound Effect is a well curated boutique sound effects shop and a great place to find industry interviews and learning resources.
