    Ambisonic and Binaural Audio
    These sounds have been recorded with a calibrated Sennheiser AMBEO VR Microphone and a Sound Devices Mixpre6II recorder.
    The raw A-format files have been encoded to B-Format AmbiX with VVEncode and the personal calibration files for the used AMBEO mic, calibrated by Core-Sound LLC, for the most natural-sounding Ambisonic files possible.
    No processing except very little Ambisonic EQ-ing has been done.
    The B-format AmbiX files can be easily converted and be used for Dolby Atmos, Object-based or any Surround channel-based format with plug-ins like Harpex-X, or the free Soundfield Plugin.
    The Binaural files have been binauralized using Harpex-X with HRTF-set: KU100.

    This library is UCS compliant. All files contain extensive metadata which can de read and processed by the most common audio libraries management systems.

    Commercial Aircraft Interior contains a distinct collection of ambient recordings taken onboard commercial aircraft flights over the North Atlantic.
    Our Audio Craftsman captured the various stages of an aircraft journey including general onboard ambiences, the plane idling on the runway, take off & landing and some sounds taken from the baggage claim and check-in sections of the airport.

    There are also wallas in various languages and the sounds of passengers shuffling in their seats and putting on their seatbelts. We captured recordings from two different plane journeys to get a variety of sounds. This library includes over 50 minutes of audio content, giving you all the ingredients you need to design compelling aircraft and airport soundscapes.

    All audio files have been carefully edited so that you can simply drop them into your project timeline and are provided dry in 24Bit 96kHz allowing for further sonic manipulation if required. All files are tagged with extensive metadata and are UCS compliant.

Hear the soothing wind of short needled Douglas fir and Spruce. Hear gentle whisps topping distant ridge tops and blustery 50 mph blasts swinging the forest in a wandering dance. Hear the austere emptiness of recently burned forest and eerie creaks so emotional it sounds like the old trees are talking.
    • This library offers a large collection of coniferous canopy wind. I hope you enjoy the sounds of this winter wonderland.

    • Winds ranging from gentle gusts too blustery 50 mph blasts
    • Coniferous canopy wind in living forests of Douglas fir and Spruce.
    • Short-needle coniferous wind. The length of the foliage determines the pitch of the wind. Therefore, the short needles of Douglas fir creates wind with a higher pitch than Ponderosa pine with its much longer needles.
    • Post wildfire wind. After the fire, only the tree trunks remain, creating deep eerie roars.
    • Soothing gusts cresting distant ridgetops.
    TEXT MARKERS:
    • Named markers are included in each file to help find interesting events in an otherwise uniform waveform.
    • Markers are included in the Soundminer and BWAV description fields starting with the prefix “Marker Text”.

  • Traffic Sound Effects Essential – Ambient Traffic Los Angeles Play Track 64 sounds included, 124 mins total $43

    This library was compiled over the course of 5 years with 3 different recorders (Sony D50, Zoom H6 and Roland R07). The Roland was used in stealthy situations because of its size.

    This collection of tracks depict the sound of traffic, both near and far, with the (seemingly) constant hum of the Los Angeles helicopter. There are plenty of those in these recordings, as well as a good variety of locations and situations. I believe this library represents the actual sound of Los Angeles in a general sense.

    All tracks have been mastered in Pro Tools, with light compression to even out the bumps, and use EQ here and there to hide the rumble and calm the hiss. All bumps and unwanted noise has been edited out for the best result.

    I hope you appreciate this collection, as I’ve used all the tracks myself. In most cases, these sounds have been bolstered and mastered for a fuller, more interesting sound.

    All tracks have full metadata implemented for a clear and concise explanation of each track.
