But you might think “I’m mostly using stereo files” – Well we’ve got you covered there as well. The package contains both 5.1-surround and Stereo.

Whooosh! What was that? A pass by from a train? A bus? A tram from the 60s? The longest escalator in all of Sweden!?
Essential sounds from different types of transports for your production. A great starting point for new sound designers or to complement your existing library.
We have recorded buses, trains, trams, subways, ferries, escalators and freight trains in this library spanning over 100 files. Arrivals, Despartures, Pass Bys, Internal Rides, Doors and a toilet flushing on a train. It’s all there, for your essential transport needs.
All files have meta data and are easily searched for in any database search engine. Everything is recorded with Sound Devices 633 and MixPre-10T with Sennheiser MKH50, Neumann KM184 and DPA 4060 in 96 kHz 24 Bits with a total size of 6,7 Gb.
We here at Sonner Sound have collected a wide range of buttons, switches handling noises, cranks and dials, both old and new. There’s over 500 sounds collected in 68 files, so something here for everyone! Regular household buttons such as light switches and computer mice and some more experimental in steampunk style. They’re recorded at 96 kHz and 48 kHz at 24 Bit (both Stereo and Mono) with rich meta data. Recorded with Sennheiser MKH50 and DPA 4017.
An library of elevators! From your standard elevator to EWP, platform elevator, large industrial lifts, one of the largest elevators in Europe and an old elevator from the early 1900s. Hear them pass by, listen to room tones, button presses, door movements and more! Everything recorded in Stereo, 96 kHz 24 Bits with Neumann KM184, DPA 4017 and Sennheiser MKH50 on a Sound Devices 633. Total 46 files in 625 Mb.
This is our home. Our sounds from the country we live in. Hear the cold winter winds from the hills of Gothenburg, the city life of the student town of Uppsala and the untouched nature far from the highways and industries from the whole year.
We have collected the nature, cities, parks and rivers in a compact package. A library like this wouldn’t be complete without wallas where you can hear the Swedish language, in a café, shopping mall and train station.
This comes down to over 220 minutes in 7.2 GB. Everything is recorded on a Sound Devices 633 with Neumann KM184 and Sennheiser MKH50 in Stereo (96 kHz, 24 Bit).

There are many great independent sound effect libraries available these days. The main problem with having so many, is keeping track of them!
A Sound Effect is a great hub, and is one of the first places I visit to look for sounds by category or genre. I started coming here to see if I could find libraries that I knew I had heard, but forgot WHERE I had heard them.
And in the process discovered libraries I never would have found otherwise. Great work! Keep it up!
We're always looking for new sounds to mangle, so when A Sound Effect had a holiday sale, I tried them out.
The purchase experience is really smooth and quick, and delivery is almost instant.
I'll definitely come back to them again in the future!
A Sound Effect is a wonderful resource for indie sound effects libraries. On top of that, it has some of the finest sound design, film and game audio interviews!
I often need very specific types of sounds so I've become a big supporter of independent recorders.
Until now I've always had to go to their individual websites. Now I can find them all in one place.
And, Asbjoern is great to work with!
A Sound Effect is a well curated boutique sound effects shop and a great place to find industry interviews and learning resources.
