Hello! We are Blueprints Library.
Blueprints Library is a project by a Foley Artist, Sound Editor, and Field Recordist who works in commercial films, TV dramas, anime, and audio dramas.
We provide a wide range of sounds, from delicate expressions to exaggerated sound effects.

  • Lighters is a collection of daily lighter and cigarette pack sounds, featuring:
    2 Zippos, 1 Zippo Slim, 1 Trench Lighter
    5 Metal Pocket Lighters (4 with lid open/close sounds only)
    2 Jet Lighters
    1 BIC Flint Lighter
    2 Disposable Button Lighters
    1 Disposable Flint Lighter (sparking and flame sounds only)
    1 Soft Pack Cigarettes and 2 Hard Pack Cigarettes

    Lighter sounds include:
    Sparking and flame, opening and closing the lid, placing and picking up lighters (both with the lid open and closed) from wooden and glass tables (both flat and vertical placement), and dropping lighters on concrete.

    Cigarette pack sounds include:
    Placing and picking up Zippo, Trench Lighter, and BIC Flint Lighter on cigarette packs, as well as placing the packs themselves on wooden tables.

    Recording Equipment:
    Microphones: Neumann KM 184, Sennheiser MKH 8040, DPA 4060
    Recorded at 24bit/96kHz using Grace Design M101 mic preamps and RME Babyface Pro FS interface.

  • Oil-Paper Umbrellas is a collection of sound effects recorded from three sizes of traditional oil-paper umbrellas.
    
It includes various actions such as unfolding, folding, handling movements, creaking, shake-outs, lock mechanism clicks, and grabs.

    Microphones & Recording Equipment:
    Mic (Facing Inward): AKG C414 XLII
    Mic (Facing Outward): Sennheiser MKH 8040

    Recorded at 96kHz/32bit using a Sound Devices MixPre-10 II, and bounced to 96kHz/24bit.

  • Glasses is a collection of 7 eyeglass sounds, including 3 types of ‘On & Off’ movement sounds, as well as close and mid-range ‘Put on’, ‘Pick up’, and ‘Drop’ sounds on both wooden and glass tables.

    The types of eyeglasses are as follows:

    1 pair of metal and plastic glasses
    2 pairs of metal glasses
    2 pairs of thick plastic glasses
    2 pairs of thin plastic glasses

    Additionally, there are 6 tracks featuring the opening and closing of eyeglass cases.

    Mics & Recording Equipment:
    Close Mic: Neumann KM184
    Mid Mic (for ‘Put on’, ‘Pick up’, and ‘Drop’ recordings): Sennheiser MKH 60
    All recorded at 96kHz/32bit using Sound Devices Mix-Pre 10 II
