In this one-month challenge (9th of September to the 9th of October) you are tasked with designing and integrating your own audio into our custom-built game, Airwiggles Asteroids!
Once completed you will submit a build of your game to be judged by our panel of judges for an opportunity to win big prizes from Kilohearts and We Love Indies.
In addition to the competition we’re also hosting five brand new live talks over the next few weeks, all about game audio implementation and sound design.

Contest – How to take part?
Head over to airwiggles.com/tournament to download the Unreal Engine 5 project for Airwiggles Asteroids! You will have 1 month (until October 9th) to submit a completed game build, which will be judged by team Airwiggles to decide who wins! You can use any audio solution you like: Unreal Audio, MetaSounds, Wwise, FMOD – whichever you prefer!

Prizes – What can you win?

The winner of the Game Audio Implementournament will receive the Kilohearts Ultimate Bundle and every single Kilohearts Content Bank!
We will also be awarding 5 “Community Helper” prizes to Airwigglers who we see helping others with their entries on Airwiggles in our new Tournament Hub space. Technical support, feedback, breakdown videos, tutorials – anything that helps others improve their game audio implementation skills.
