New sound effects: ambiences from Berlin, libraries, highways, and space drones:

Do you want your audience to feel like they're on a spaceship to Mars? 'Future Room Tones' by Badlands Sound will give you that eerie, futuristic feel with its 42 room tones. You'll get distorted winds, electrical buzzes, and interiors from small to large areas like utility rooms and factories. Altogether you get over 130 minutes of smooth atmospheres, so if your project needs a tense yet subtle touch, check this one out!

Here's a collection that might wake up that passive aggressive urge to say, 'Shhh, quiet!' 'Libraries' by Niels Gabriels gets you three hours of recordings from all sorts of public libraries. You'll hear quiet study areas in universities, as well as recordings from the entrances, children's sections, reception desks, computer rooms, CD and DVD sections, and more from city and state libraries. Each of the 38 records is 5 minutes each, so you'll have over three hours of ambiences to choose from!

'Distant Traffic' by Badlands Sound has nearly 70 minutes of traffic ambiences that are flexible and easy to use. These recordings are each three minutes long and contain the faraway rumble of highway traffic, close-up stereo passbys, and quieter roadways. You also get different perspectives, so you can add just a touch of unnoticeable traffic to your scene or more distinct honks or motorcycle revving. If you need traffic sounds, this one will hardly make a dent in your budget!
