ROLLING THUNDER is the direct sequel to THUNDER CLAPS, shifting the focus from thunder as a sudden ground-shaking impact to thunder as it truly travels and resonates across the sky.
While THUNDER CLAPS was built around close, sharp, earth-facing thunder strikes, ROLLING THUNDER explores the other side of the storm: deep rolling rumbles, distant atmospheric swells, cloud-to-cloud cracks, and long evolving thunder tails that unfold high above the listener.
This library is focused on a realistic and faithful representation of thunder moving through the atmosphere. No over-designed trailer hits, no exaggerated sweeteners — just natural thunder recordings with depth, scale, movement, and detail, captured to feel as if the clouds themselves are opening above you.
Each thunder recording has been carefully and exhaustively cleaned to remove background rain as much as possible, giving you isolated thunder sounds that are ready to import, edit, layer, and place directly into your session.
From subtle distant rolls to powerful overhead cracks and wide cloud-borne resonances, ROLLING THUNDER gives you a flexible collection of realistic thunder material that complements THUNDER CLAPS perfectly: one library for the impact, the other for the sky.
