Hyperdrive is a collection of powerful energy sounds inspired by a variety of futuristic vehicles and weapons. The sounds contained range in texture from more traditional to extremely chaotic. The collection will lend itself well for use as standalone effects or as exciting elements to be further manipulated and layered in your projects.
Recording and Editing
Great care was taken during the recording and editing process to ensure the maximum flexibility of these sounds. All source material was recorded at 24/192kHz using the Sennheiser MKH 8050 mic which captures frequencies up to a minimum of 50kHz. All processing and design for this collection has been done at 24/192kHz.
Bonus – Forge Sound Design Tool Sample Map
If you own the Forge Sound Design Toolkit this library also comes with a specially curated sample map. The sample map can be loaded into the sampler for randomization and the creation of more complex sounds.
Glued or Separated Takes
You have the option of downloading the library files with individual asset takes separated as files, or glued together as a single, unified file.
