Product Description
The DJI Phantom 4 Pro Obsidian is a legendary workhorse of the drone world, known for its powerful presence and professional-grade performance. This library captures the muscular and authoritative acoustic signature of its large-scale motors and high-velocity propellers. Its sound is defined by a deep, resonant hum and a powerful aerodynamic “push” that perfectly reflects its size and stability. It offers a rich and distinctive robotic soundscape that is ideal for cinematic establishing shots, high-stakes surveillance or any project requiring the iconic sonic profile of a professional quadcopter.
Whether you are designing a high-altitude chase or adding realistic mechanical layers to a professional drone-ops sequence, the Phantom 4 Pro provides a visceral and high-fidelity soundscape.
Muscular propeller signature: Captures the signature deep drone and powerful air displacement of the Phantom series, featuring a rich mid-range and strong low-frequency stability.
Pristine stereo imaging: Recorded using the Shure VP88 for an immersive stereo field and the Rode NTG1 for focused directional detail, providing total flexibility for spatial mixing.
High-definition resolution: Recorded at 192 kHz / 32-bit to ensure every motor transient and aerodynamic oscillation is preserved with absolute clarity for professional sound design.
Pro-mechanical foley: A dedicated set of 28 files documenting the physical interactions of the Obsidian edition – including the heavy battery clicks, precise sensor beeps, remote controller screen feedback and the iconic electronic startup sequence.
