Product Description
AIRSHOW โ Jets, Helicopters & Props is a field recording library with 144 sounds captured live at the 100th-anniversary airshow of Altenrhein airfield on Lake Constance (Switzerland): Swiss F5 fighter jet passes, helicopter aerobatics, vintage propeller planes, a Zeppelin airship and airshow crowd walla. Recorded simultaneously with a mono shotgun and a stereo pair for games, film, trailers and interactive media.
Library Contents
โข F5 Fighter Jet โ flybys, distant and double passes (45: 28 mono, 17 stereo)
โข Propeller Planes โ passes, flybys, start-ups, rolling and landing (45: 29 mono, 16 stereo)
โข Helicopters โ stunts, flybys, take-offs, landings, idle rotor, engine shut-down (32: 16 mono, 16 stereo)
โข Crowd Walla โ unintelligible airshow crowd murmur, ready to use as a bed (14 stereo)
โข Zeppelin Airship โ slow airship flyovers (3 mono)
โข Bonus โ car and moped pass-bys, plane turbine, speaker radio message (5)
Two Rigs, Recorded Simultaneously
โข Mono โ RรDE NTG5 shotgun: focused sources, ideal for 3D positioning in Unity, Unreal, Wwise or FMOD
โข Stereo โ Clippy stereo pair: wide, cinematic passes and airfield ambiences for film, trailers and video
Deliberately Layered
Most aircraft takes are clean passes, isolated from the crowd โ ready to drop into games, film and trailers. Takes where the audience is part of the scene are marked in the file name (People / Crowd / Speaker). The separate crowd walla beds let you build your own airshow atmosphere and layer it exactly the way you need.
