Dolby just released a fantastic video feature on the sound for Netflix' stunning nature series Our Planet, featuring award-winning re-recording mixer, Graham Wild - check it out below:

H ear how Emmy nominated and award-winning re-recording mixer, Graham Wild, brought breath taking feeling to the sound of a 75-ton sheet of ice as it crashes into the ocean in the Netflix series “Our Planet”. In this interview, filmed at Wounded Buffalo Studios in Bristol UK, Graham talks about how he brought to life the emotional experiences delivered by this amazing Netflix docuseries, created in Dolby Atmos and Dolby Vision.

Graham is a multi-award-winning dubbing mixer with a wealth of experience across many different sound genres, who has excelled in the field of natural history. Starting as an audio assistant/dubbing mixer at BBC Bristol he went on to be a senior dubbing mixer at Films of 59 for many years. He is now freelance working at Wounded Buffalo and has completed projects including Big Cats for the BBC and the groundbreaking and highly influential Blue Planet II.
Graham has received numerous awards and nominations in recognition of his work, including BAFTAs for Frozen Planet and Planet Earth II, an Emmy for The Living Edens, RTS awards for Shark and Blue Planet II and several other awards.
