KLAP Sound

  • This is a large foley library with almost 700 recordings of every day props that can be applied to the types of scenes we design all the time. Sounds included are movements like writing, impacts, handling and sliding; surfaces such as wood, cloth, water, metal and skin; and props like cigarettes, glasses, vacuums, doors, flask, mattresses, car doors and more! All sounds were professionally recorded by a Foley artist on a Foley stage, and the recordings are kept raw. Enjoy!

  • This library features nearly 100 vocalizations from a recording session with a VO artist that has mastered the art of weird utterances and creature voices.

You will find violent growls, grunts, sounds of pain, moans and groans, breaths, whispers, gargling, hisses, choking, growls and everything else you'd expect from a zombie, humanoid monster or demon.

These sounds are also dry overall, with only minimal editing, and recorded at 96 kHz to allow you to continue to play around with them. The library features dual mono recordings with a set of two different microphones—one crispier and one warmer. If combined and panned, some create a stereo feel.

Sounds are divided into 10 categories:

    Ambient/Breath • Choking • Gargle • Growls • Hiss • Moans • Panting • Snarl • Word / Phrase / Gibberish / Latin • Yell / Scream

  • This library has 224 footsteps of all sorts. There are different type of shoes, such as boots, sneakers, sandals, slippers, flats, heels, bare feet and even a couple of wet sock recordings. It also has different type of surfaces like tile, grass, concrete, wood, dirt, carpet and rooftop recordings. Plus, you will find different types of movements with walking, running, jumping and scuffling around. The recordings are raw, with only light editing applied.

  • KLAP Sound took a piano and tortured it, dismembered it and finally destroyed it—and recorded the whole process. For the making of this library, they used several tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, knives, and saws, as well as props like dirt, send, gravel, forks and other sharp objects. The results are raw sounds of foley with musical rings, harmonic tails and creepy vibes that are dry yet barely edited for your own enjoyment.
