Harley Davidson Sportster Iron 883

$40

The Iron 883 is not the biggest Harley Davidson bike around, but it has that recognizable HD throttle sound – in a different tone that you might lack in your sound collection.

The library contains starts, idling, passbys at different speeds and onboard driving on both gravel and asphalt roads. A bunch of foley tracks, burglar alarm, false starts, on spot revving recordings and more.

The onboard recordings consists of a Shure SM57 on the motor and an Oktava MK012 cardioid pointed at the exhaust pipe. These are conveniently exported together as stereo tracks to ease synchronization and mixing in your daw.

Each clip contains detailed metadata information, with filename, description, microphone, picture and more.

I am located in Helsinki, Finland. I spend most of my days mixing documentaries, tv and films. I also regularly work with tasks in the field as a sound mixer or boom operator.
I always keep my Sony D-100 recorder in my backpack, and if I get a day free from the studio, I often pack the car full with nice gear and scout for new sounds to expand my own library. I like to be part of the indie SFX community, and I have had really good use myself of some of the other libraries available here.

If you need some specific soundscapes from Finland or if you just want to trade sounds. Don’t hesitate to get in touch with me.

Hope you enjoy my recordings and find them useful in your projects!
