Weapon sound effects from all sorts of weapons – from recorded guns and rifles, to swords, designed futuristic lasers, explosives and much more
Introducing our sound library of a SF19 4.5″ TB OSP, a cal. 9x19mm semi-automatic pistol manufactured by HS Produkt. This modernized and improved version of the popular XDM handgun features a polymer frame, 19 rounds magazine, forged slide and hammer forged barrel.
Using a large array of various microphone configurations, we recorded shots from several distances both with and without silencer. We then moved to our studio to capture an extensive range of foley, including mag in and out, chamber cycles, selector switches, suppressor, trigger actions and more.
This library also comes with carefully designed assets in stereo and 5.1, created from our raw files. It includes powerful shots with and without suppressor, 3 meticulously crafted types of tails (Wide, Urban and Interior) and punchy foleys.
Multiple mic perspectives
The raw shots feature a total of 16 recording positions, from shooter perspective up to 80 meters, with a total of 25 channels. Among these you will find high SPL microphones attached to the weapons for mech sounds, CO-100k for ultrasonic content, large-diaphragm microphone close to the ground for punchy low ends, ambisonic perspective and much more! We also recorded the foley with multiple microphones, including a CO-100k for drastic pitch changes.
Designed and Game Ready assets
The library also includes “game ready assets”, which are edited versions of our designed sounds, with individual variations allowing easy implementation into your game engine or audio middleware.

GUNSHOTS FOR ANY PROJECT
The SB103 GUNSHOTS Sound Effects Library has a variety of mixed gunshots ready for your project.
YOUR SECRET WEAPON FOR REALISTIC GUNSHOTS
Gunshots from Revolvers, Semi-Automatics, Automatics, Bolt Actions and a 12 Gauge Shotgun — ready to drop into your project. We spent days recording a Smith and Wesson .38 Special, Glock 40, AK-47, AR-15 M4, Browning Automatic 308, M1921 Submachine Gun, Enfield British 303, Remington 700 7mm Mag and a Remington 870 Shotgun. After recording, we edited and mixed our favorite sounding gunshots, and now they’re available for you. From single shots to full auto mag dumps — close up single shots and distant single shots with natural decay — you’ll find the gunshot you need for your project. There are even some custom recordings you won’t find anywhere else, like shooting from the interior of a covered truck bed. Every file has Soundminer compliant metadata embedded, and a structured organized file naming structure. Use these sounds as is, or layer and manipulate them to take your movie, show or video game to the next level.

Hello Creators!
Here’s my new pack: “Blood & Wounds Sounds“
I recorded some fruits and vegetables in a garage to make this possible.
There are different types of SFX inside this pack: blood, bleeding, stabs, blood spill, punches with blood, bites, flesh, hit with blood, spills, wounds, etc…
They can be used in different styles of video games or other media projects.
I hope you enjoy implementing this sounds in your project!
Making-Off
All this sounds were originally recorded with a Zoom H6 (cardiod microphone), and were edited in Logic Pro X, I used plugins like “PitchMonster” that have granular pitch to shape the original recordings.
Some considerations
Keep in mind this sounds can be used in a variety of situations, I put a name to the SFX but this doesn’t mean it can’t be used in other contexts.

There are many great independent sound effect libraries available these days. The main problem with having so many, is keeping track of them!
A Sound Effect is a great hub, and is one of the first places I visit to look for sounds by category or genre. I started coming here to see if I could find libraries that I knew I had heard, but forgot WHERE I had heard them.
And in the process discovered libraries I never would have found otherwise. Great work! Keep it up!
We're always looking for new sounds to mangle, so when A Sound Effect had a holiday sale, I tried them out.
The purchase experience is really smooth and quick, and delivery is almost instant.
I'll definitely come back to them again in the future!
A Sound Effect is a wonderful resource for indie sound effects libraries. On top of that, it has some of the finest sound design, film and game audio interviews!
I often need very specific types of sounds so I've become a big supporter of independent recorders.
Until now I've always had to go to their individual websites. Now I can find them all in one place.
And, Asbjoern is great to work with!
A Sound Effect is a well curated boutique sound effects shop and a great place to find industry interviews and learning resources.
