This is a collection of 2016 Toyota Prius sounds with 7 channel onboards covering two perspectives of the motor engine, electric engine, tailpipe, wheel well, and a stereo interior. Included is a collection of “foley” of doors, shift knobs etc. and various Pass Bys from two perspectives.
This sound collection covers a wide range of sounds produced by this unique racing (kit)car from 1991. The engine is custom built and is a combination of elements of a Citroën 2CV engine and a Citroën Visa engine. Not only extensive driving sounds but also foley (doors open close, window knocks, body tapping, gear lever, blinkers…), horn blasts and engine loops. All in high quality 48/24 BWAV-files, recorded with high end equipment. All sounds include extensive metadata.
The recordings are multitrack. For the onboard recordings you’ll find synchronized recordings of engine, exhaust, cabin (back seat and front seat for open roof and back seat only for closed roof). For the roadside recordings you’ll find an ortf stereo pair (on a stand) and a long shotgun mic (handheld, tracking movement)
This collection features 134 interior and exterior stereo recordings of the Abbot FV433 Tank as it is put through its paces. These effects have been hand-picked from the Sound Ideas Military Tanks library.
Above & Below puts traffic ambience in a new perspective: This library features 70+ minutes of traffic ambience above and below bridges, hills, underpass, overpass, buildings, walkway bridges, and more.
Recorded in 96 kHz / 24 bit – All files last five minutes and thirty seconds each.
This library brings you 840 meta-tagged sounds recorded and created at 96kHz/24-bit stereo that can be used to bring your spaceships to life. This includes 376 designed sounds with various flybys, lift-offs, and landings for large, medium and small spaceships, as well as the 464 ingredient sounds that were used to create them, allowing you to customize and tailor the sounds to fit your project.
Note: The sounds in the audio sample have some panning and reverberation added; the sounds in the library itself are centered and entirely devoid of reverb.
The Agusta A109 sound fx library features 243 clips in 12.22 gigabytes from an Italian
military helicopter. This collection includes recordings from 2 Pratt & Whitney Canada PW206C Turboshaft engines with 418 kW (561 hp) each, recorded during a military exercise.
A total of 22 exterior perspectives capture the sound of this helicopter in 14 takes.
Microphones arranged at the front, side, and behind record idling, departing, and
arriving. A range of low to high turbine and rotor RPMs are captured in stationary idles.
Each sound is embedded with Soundminer metadata. The collection is also bundled

The Ambisonic Airplanes Cessna 172 library, is a small library procured from a single short flight. The recordings were made from the rear passenger seat positioned as close as possible to the middle of the aircraft. The front of the Ambisonic microphone faced the cockpit. The flight was recorded in it’s entirety and edited down for easier use.
Types of recordings include idling, flying, flying with windows open, taxiing, taxiing with windows open, engine turning on, engine turning off, plane during takeoff, plane during landing, plane engine test (1700 RPM test) and more.
The library was recorded using a Sennheiser Ambeo VR Microphone onto a Sound Devices MixPre 6. The library has a fairly large size because we have conveniently provided 4 versions of the same files to make it easier and more flexible to use. Included you will find B-Format wav files (FuMa and AmbiX) A-Format raw wav files and a Binaural stereo mix down. The library includes a total of 17 unique files and 68 total files.

Ambisonic City (Berlin) delivers a spherical surround sound image of a modern European city. It features a vast variety of traffic sounds from vehicles, public transport trains, trams and airplanes that were captured at crowded intersections, various squares and arterial roads and the Tegel airport. As complementary counterpart the library also contains recordings from wide open spaces, recreation areas, public parks and side roads.
The recordings were made with the Sennheiser Ambisonic microphone and the encoded B-Format FuMa files are ready to use for speaker arrays of any number.

“PWL08: Ambisonic Overview : USA – WEST COAST AIRPORT & FLIGHT” is a collection of sounds recorded between 2 airports of the west coast of the USA: Los Angeles, and Oakland. As a bonus, we put in the library sounds recorded at the Paris Airport (France).
The library includes also sounds recorded during the flights between these 3 airports in four different planes: one Boing 787, one Boing 789 Dreamliner, one Airbus A319, and one Airbus A320.
We were recording in many places inside the airports: Ticket place, gate place, security check, waiting room, near a restaurant, bar, dutyfree shop, etc…
And also inside the planes: before take-off, security announcement, take-off, landing, room tone, ambiance during the flight, passenger walla, Captain and crew PA System
– The soundbank contains 64 sound takes recorded in 24 Bit / 96 kHz for a total duration of 388 minutes of original sound, decline in 192 files
Ambisonic Steam Trains features recordings of 3 different narrow-gauge railways in Saxony/Germany where they meander through narrow valleys and bends.
The library includes more than 3.5 hours of recordings that are taken directly at the train drivers position in the cabin as well as from wagon platforms and passenger seats.
Also recordings of train pass-bys, shunting and service operations in the depot are included.
With the Ambisonic format it is guaranteed that the acoustically rich and diversified surroundings of steam trains in action are captured spherical in each and every detail.

Amusement Rides & Ambiences is a unique collection of hard to access amusement park sound effects. Package includes high-quality multichannel recordings captured with a full access to the amusement rides – and a total of 8 rides are included!
Some recordings were made in an amusement park that was closed from the public. This enabled us to capture the sound effects as clean as possible without background music or people.
Ambience recordings are authentic amusement park ambiences with people and amusement rides. They include children and adults, cheering and screaming, chatter in different languages, amusement rides loading and operating, and more. All sounds were recorded in Särkänniemi amusement park, Tampere, Finland. Also available in the special Complete Amusement Park Sound Bundle.

Stereo in Left and Right Channels
Around Bridges Volume 2 gets you sounds taken from the iron and steel construction elements of various bridges in Berlin. The entire library was recorded with a two-channel contact microphone setup and it features thrilling vibrations caused be passing cars, trucks, trams and metro trains.
The material in this library is a comprehensive resource for creating otherworldly ambiences, futuristic pass-bys or eerie atmospheres with a touch of rusty steel and iron.
Arvor 215 boat sound library features recordings of the boat’s diesel engine in sync with its propeller. Onboard sound effects were recorded with two DPA 4061 microphones, taped under the “hood” and on the back of the boat, near the propeller. Inside this library you’ll find engine on and off sounds, running on neutral gear and three recordings of boat working on different settings.
There is a low, medium and high speed/rpm, each starting with engine being turned on, and than slowly going to desired speed. It’s easy to mix those recordings, and change their pitch, because of the 96kHz sample rate.

Get the sounds of an Aston Martin DB9 with a 5.9 litres V12 engine and 456 hps. The recording consists of eight channels, interior left and right, exhausts left and right and four engine channels.
It contains start, stop, idle, blipping, revving on constant rpms without gear, accelerations, decelerations and driving. Full surround drive away and drive by added in the end. The recording length is 11 min 59 s.
Attack Aircraft Maneuvers includes 118 fighter jet military aircraft including F-16C, F/A18C, CF18 Hornet, and CT-114 Tutors.
For recordings of a hot-tempered ATV (All-terrain vehicle) with a two-stroke engine, check out this sound pack. It consists of a two and a half minute 4-channel recording with two mics on the engine and two on the exhaust. Great for your zipping, sputtering, and revving needs of a fun ride.
Audi A3 8L 1.9 TDI sound library features 51 high quality files recorded with multi mic setup. Engine was recorded in sync with cabin interior ambients, and you can expect different styles of driving. From casual city driving, through accelerations on a highway up to rpm ramps and constant rpm loops for game audio. In addition to engine recordings, this sound effects library features exterior passes, whooshes and other road related sounds recorded in mono and stereo. Last but not least, there are foley recordings that covers interior and exterior perspectives of different activities.
The Audi A4 B8 Allroad 2.0 TFSI is a 211 HP 4×4 car with turbo, and this library gets you almost 9GB of recordings, featuring 155 96kHz and 24bit files (including RAW files, 111 without RAW), with a total length of 213 minutes (without RAW files).
The library covers different sound effects like engine during regular driving, reverse or accelerations. It was recorded with 3 microphones mounted under the hood and one inside the drivers’ cabin to capture the interior in sync with the engine.
It was recorded with two Sound Devices 702, two DPA 4061 microphones, two Sennheiser MKH 8040, Sony PCM-M10 and Rode NTG3.
In addition to the onboard sound you’ll find exterior driving, turning, stopping, turning engine on and off or reverse sounds recorded from 2 perspectives.
Also driving on the snow and asphalt effects recorded with DPA 4061 mounted near the tyres, and finally, passes recorded from 3 perspectives. Slow driving (20 to 40 km/h), medium speeds (40 to 80) and fast (from 80 to 140 km/h), stopping and accelerations.
Those sounds were recorded in mono with Rode NTG3 following a car, stereo ORTF recorded with MKH 8040s capturing passes from left to right, and stereo AB with Sony PCM-M10 capturing sound from right to left.
This library also contains some basic foley, like closing and opening doors, servo sounds, windows, buttons or seatbelts.
If you’re after car sounds, this SFX library with sounds from an Audi A4 awaits: It features recordings containing engine sounds, foley, external sounds + files prepared for games with loops of single RPMs, and accelerations from 0 to 6k RPM, and from 6k to 0 for granular synthesis.
78 sound effect files are included for a total of 55 minutes of sounds from that punchy Audi A4.

Recorded at one of India’s Premium race circuits, this library features pull aways, pull ups, pass bys, revs, ambiences in the pit, commentaries, crowd and almost anything you can think of on a typical day at the races. There are many great independent sound effect libraries available these days. The main problem with having so many, is keeping track of them!
A Sound Effect is a great hub, and is one of the first places I visit to look for sounds by category or genre. I started coming here to see if I could find libraries that I knew I had heard, but forgot WHERE I had heard them.
And in the process discovered libraries I never would have found otherwise. Great work! Keep it up!
