  • Destruction & Impact Sounds Crash & Smash Play Track 1110+ sounds included $39

The Crash & Smash sound effects library contains over 1110 sounds of destruction. For this collection I went on a rampage at several junk yards around my hometown, collecting a vast amount of crash sound effects. This one is highly focused more on crashing sounds with all the rumble and debris, giving you hundreds of variations of glass smashes, rolling stones and stone hits, wood breaks and impacts and metal crashes.

As usual the sounds come perfectly cleaned and edited so you can instantly place them in your timeline or design new sounds with it. Of course they also got some EQ and compression treatment but weren’t further “designed”, so you have nice and flexible source material for your own productions.

All sounds come with embedded Soundminer Metadata sorted in subfolders for:• Glass
    • Metal
    • Stone
    • Wood
    • Plastic

  • Foley Sound Effects Rummage Play Track 733+ sounds included $32

  • Mechanical Sound Effects Wooden Gear 192 Play Track 215 sounds included, 345 mins total $80

This construction kit creates the world of various rotating gear sounds. Medieval astronomical clocks, fantasy inventions and steampunk gizmos with a lot of wooden shafts, cogs, sprockets and other parts. From tiny to large objects, you can hear the wooden material working in all its nudity – friction, knocking, clacking, rattling, squeaking, crackling, howling and so on.

The product includes 75+75 source recordings and 65 designed tracks of different wooden and sometimes metal gears, variety of styles, types, speeds and timbres.

  • Rolling Objects, the next step of our Materials & Textures SFX series, is a diverse collection of 270 HQ sounds which covers a wide range of objects rolling on various surfaces.

The possibilities you have with this library are genuinely endless. You can cover anything from vehicle sound design to landslides and giant boulders to more innovative concepts like drone textures and sci-fi mechanical movements.

Some of the most exciting elements included are large metallic pipes rolling on concrete, tree logs and gravel sloping downwards, a Chinese meditation ball slipping from an aluminum rail, a metal barrel moving on various surfaces, various kid toys rolling on wooden surfaces.

  • An onslaught of movement and force using various granularities of dirt-like substances. It’s all in the name. Dirty, gravelly, and ragged.

In this library you will find a myriad of gritty movement sounds derived from 4 different granularities: Course, Medium, Fine, and Ultrafine. There are sweeps, smears, crushes, scatterings, drops, scrapes, rubs, and more, with multiple variations of each. The assets chain together particularly well so that you can use them to make long continuous runs.

The timbre and dynamics of these sounds lend them to be used for many different designs than just scrapes and scratches, such as movement in snow or sand, powerful bursts, high energy flames, shifting heavy objects, large beast vocalizations (dragons, anyone?), and more. As well, their metadata is organized conveniently to allow you to grab chunks of variations on similar movements and drop them into your favorite audio implementation software for quick assignment to random containers or sequences for an asset or call.

This library will almost always find itself being thrown into a creative media project one way or another. Its full of a particular cornerstone sound that is essential to any sounds designer’s toolbox.  And with such a variety and versatility to explore, we promise it will serve you well.

The everyday usual noises along with fantasy stimulating sounds – e.g. deep “dungeon” metal door, high pitch squeaking wire-netting gate, heavy church gate and so on. • Roomtones Old House Play Track 92 sounds included, 606 mins total $97

Old House is a collection of doors, creaky wood floors, cupboards, footsteps, surround roomtones and various actions captured in natural reverb in a 1913 French traditional rural house.
You’ll also find creepy resonant footsteps upstairs (recorded from downstairs), distant doors, antique clocks, wooden stairs or even barn doors and windy roomtones.

This library is the perfect match for any project taking place in places like mansions, castles, old country house, pretty much any reverberant interior with that vintage feel.

The vast majority of the sounds were simultaneously recorded from 3 perspectives :

    • a close LCR setup of Sennheiser MKH 8040 + MKH 8050
    • a mid distant pair of Line Audio CM3 in ORTF
    • a distant AB pair of Lom Usi

This lets you pick the best sonic perspective for each situation. From an up close / full sounding LCR array to a fully reverberated distant pair.

During the 3 day recording session, we also captured impulse responses in many areas of the house, these could come in handy if you want to make other SFX match with our Old House natural reverb, these are delivered in a separate folder, with pre-saved Altiverb presets.

Like all aXLsound collections, this sound library includes detailed, comprehensive, UCS compliant metadata.
We also added markers to some of the longer files so you will quickly identify the most interesting parts. (see picture below)

  • This is a collection of location foley sounds (anything we could find that makes sound) recorded over 3-year period in authentic historical houses and barns.

This includes 1700s peasant village houses, 1700s manor, 1850s farm, 1900s manor and 1930s cottage. These are recorded for film projects so they have the right cinematic feel, dynamic and variation.

The houses were full of period props, so the recordings are rich and have lots of details that take you to the right time and feel.

The library weighs in at more than 18 GB total, and features 4000+ sounds in 2267 files.

    Highlights:
    • This is an updated version of the library. Now it is properly edited.
    • The stereo recordings have often one channel as close-up mic and other as distant / room mic.
    • All recordings are 96khz 24bit with metadata.
    • We used the best sounding equipment – sound devices recorders (744, 702, mixpre), Sennheiser mkh 8040,  mkh416 and DPA 4006a microphones.

  • This library is great to quickly place samples for rolling objects but also a never ending collection of source sounds & textures for all things releated to rolling, rumbling, driving, rotating and spinning.

I wanted to cover a lot of grounds, so I have objects rolling on grass, cobblestone, concrete, tar, wood, steel, plastic, carpet …
and these objects include cars, bikes, balls, skateboards, stones, push carts, tires, garbage cans, a buggy, a wheelchair and much more.
In addition, there are a lot of sounds in here I already used for designing otherworldy atmos or futuristic weapons, so lots of options here.

Most sounds are mono recordings with the mic following (or being attached to) the object. But there is also a section with bypass sounds in stereo and some onboard recordings in stereo. And not only the onboard of a car without motor rolling across different types of cobblestone, but also mics attached inside a garbage can which then was rolled through the streets.

This library contains my go-to sounds for all things rolling and most sounds have been recorded in 192kHz/24bit with Earthworks QTC50 mics to allow a maximum pitch / slowing down action. As the library evolved and grew over different years, a broad range of mics have been used. DPA 4060s, DPA 4061, Shure SM 57, JrF Contact C Series, Neumann KMR 81i, Ambient Emesser and on a few recordings I used other sample rates like 96/24 or 48/24.

  • Wood Impacts features a large number of organic-sounding wooden crunches, impacts, metal+wood clashes and wood fiber explosions.

The sounds are organized into 10 different categories such as Hits, Movements, Digs, Cracks, Mangles – giving you lots of great and versatile material for your sonic arsenal!

  • Door Sound Effects Daily Doors Play Track 1400+ sounds included From: $60

Daily Doors brings you 147 household doors (those ones present in every project) opening and closing, recorded simultaneously from a close and a distant perspective. One of the main problems with doors is that they tend to sound “too close”. A door will sound different depending on where the microphone is placed. By using two different mics, we tried to achieve that goal and match the camera point of view.

Close perspective is around 50 centimeters far away from the source, whereas the distant one is around 2-3 meters far away, depending on the room size.

Distant perspective is in M/S. Both M/S Decoded and RAW are included in the library, so you can play with it as you please: using only the close one, using both close and distant, using just the distant one, decoding it to mono, wider… The list is endless.

Unless it wasn’t possible due to the nature of the sound, all sounds were recorded in two different intensities: Hard and Soft. Each file contains at least 3 different takes opening and closing, making a total of more than 1400 door sounds.

Some other actions, apart from opening and closing, have been also included, such as knocking on doors, slamming, forcing handles, locking and unlocking doors, door chains and latches.

All files are in 96 kHz/24 bit and meta-tagged, both in Soundminer and BWAV.

    Gear Used:

Close Perspective: Sennheiser 8050, Sennheiser 416

    Distant Perspective: Sennheiser 418, AKG CK93 & 94, Zoom H2n

Recorders: Zoom F8, Sound Devices 633

UCS compliant metadata. Fields included CatID, Category, Subcategory, FX Name, Filename, Description, BWDescription, Library, RecType, RecMedium, Microphone, Designer, Manufacturer, Keywords.

10% off if you add Daily Doors II to your cart.

    Doors sounds included:

Front Door, Kitchen, Living Room, Bathroom, Bedrooms, Hallway, Backyard, Terrace, Fridges, Freezers, Ovens, Windows, Wardrobes, Washing Machine, Cabinets, Drawers, Microwaves, Dryer, Dishwasher, Squeaky Knobs, Latches, Door Chains, Wooden Doors, Sliding Doors.

    WHAT SOUND PROFESSIONALS SAY:

Victor Mercader – AAA Sound Designer (Apex Legends)
“I find myself continuously using Slava’s SFX libraries to blend it’s pristine and detailed sound designs into my own sounds. They always add that cutting edge I am missing and make my sound designs more unique and pristine. The Sci-fi Elements sound library is the perfect library to use and blend into my UI designs in Apex Legends.”

Enos Desjardins – Sound Designer/Sound Effects Editor (Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning, Black Mirror)
“Slava has been creating some really cool libraries which I find myself using time and again. Really high quality recordings to start with but then the cool processing he has used for example in his cinematic whoosh libraries really stand out. They are not just your standard generic whoosh sounds but are loaded with character and have a unique feel to them that is really fresh and cuts through in the nicest of ways.”

Bjørn Jacobsen – AAA Sound Designer (CyberPunk 2077, HITMAN, DARQ)
“Slava has for several years made high quality sound effects for me to play with. I use his sound libraries across multiple projects as lego blocks of my creations.”

Yarron Katz – AAA Composer and Sound Designer
“Slava makes some wonderful libraries. He’s relatively new on the scene and his libraries have come to critical acclaim. He takes some general ideas, like whooshes and he injects some extremely revolutionary and innovative ideas to them, so you’re not getting another whoosh library – you’re getting something very unique, very fresh. He brings some wonderful ideas to the table.”

Ginno Legaspi – SoundBytes Music Magazine‎
“‘Evil Strings Tortured Wires’ is an all-scary affair with plenty of really good, nightmarish, imaginative sounds from authentic materials, like double bass, dulcimer strings and metal wires. Sound-wise, this sample pack is clean and carefully recorded. The editing and processing of sounds is top notch, with sound design techniques applied very professionally. Overall, very gritty and not for the faint of heart.”

Ginno Legaspi – SoundBytes Music Magazine‎
“As far as the sound goes ‘Cinematic Magical Ice’ is both beautiful and mystical. I happen to like the icy textures that are oozing with coldness. Overall, this sound library boasts a good variety of effect samples ready to drop in various cinematic projects.”

Ginno Legaspi – SoundBytes Music Magazine‎
“The spotlight of ‘Cinematic Wood Symphony’ is the wide range of complex sounds that can be dropped in your sound design projects. I love the Wood Movement and Tonal sounds, and I’m sure thriller and horror music composers will be delighted with the Friction and Impact sounds. If your cinematic projects are lacking texture and impact sounds ‘Cinematic Wood Symphony’ is a library to be considered – especially if you’re looking beyond common wood sounds.”

Ginno Legaspi – SoundBytes Music Magazine‎
“Cinematic Water Whooshes and Textures is great for anything. You won’t be hearing recordings of calm rivers or relaxing streams, but cinematic whooshes and textures for soundtrack works and media projects. Whether you’re into this type of sounds, this pack was recorded quite well, professionally edited and processed with Slava’s own flair.”

Ginno Legaspi – SoundBytes Music Magazine‎
“Slava is back with another aggressive and energetic sample library called Resonating Metal Force – a 680 strong collection of modern metal effects captured using various tools and high-end studio equipment. The source material was edited and processed professionally for instant use. These sounds are primed for experimentation – whether you add your unique processing, layer several WAV samples or slice and dice to your heart’s content, the sky’s the limit. This sound pack is another winner.”

Ginno Legaspi – SoundBytes Music Magazine‎
“Sound-wise, the quality of ‘Cinematic Metal Whooshes’ is clear and punchy, and very consistent from start to finish. The whole content promises to be a tool to get you going in your cinematic adventures – and it delivers.”
