The library is the collection of atmosphere recordings in the city of Belgrade during the winter months. It’s a gathering of 29 ambisonic atmospheres recorded at many different places in Belgrade. There are atmospheres from famous places in Belgrade, parks, busy streets, traffic, underground passages, pedestrian streets, atmospheres on Ada Isle, below and on the Ada bridge, Ada Lake, two rivers Sava and Danube.
All atmospheres are recorded at 96kHz/24Bit with condenser ambisonic microphone Rode NTSF1 and Zoom F8, in FuMa format.
You can convert ambisonic FuMa format in real time with free SoundField plugin to stereo, 5.1, 7.1, 7.1.4, or any other surround format. You can also change the panoramic view of the sound because they are 360 degrees recordings, as well as automate the panoramic perspective.

SOUNDS OF THE RUGGED NORDIC SEA
This mini library transports you to the coastline of Norway with the powerful sounds of ocean waves interacting with rocky shores. Rocky Coast of Norway features crashing waves against rock cliffs, splashing water on pebble beaches, and the gentle lapping of waves along shallow rock formations.
These ocean sounds are perfect for capturing the essence of open sea scenes or showcasing the power of water along raw coasts. Rocky Coast of Norway immerses you in the rugged but fascinating landscape of the Norwegian shoreline and awakens the spirit of the Viking Sea and coastal adventures.
Kaleidoscope is the first library of the project. It includes field recordings of various categories made in 2022-2023. All files are standardized according to the UCS system. The library features various atmospheric recordings immersing listeners into specific vivid and deep states.
Working on this library was very challenging personally for me. It took over a year to perfect it. It was difficult to remember where each recording was from and why I made it in the first place. Sometimes, photos from the locations helped, where I had to dig deep into my memory and listen to the recordings multiple times.
Kaleidoscope is a collection of disparate recordings united by one idea – to capture the here and now. From the clicks of waves resonating in the concrete confines of an abandoned duct to the atmosphere of an empty hotel room, from rain drumming on a metal canopy to sliding crystals in icy voids. The library is presented in two versions – stereo and spatial (5.0). Everything was recorded on the incredible Nevaton MS50 microphone in quad and DMS modes

Using a large array of various microphone configurations, we recorded shots from several distances in an open shooting range near Warsaw. We then moved to our studio to capture an extensive range of foley, including mag in and out, chamber cycles, selector switches, trigger actions and more.
This library also comes with carefully designed assets in stereo and 5.1, created from our raw files. It includes powerful shots, 3 meticulously crafted types of tails (Wide, Urban and Interior) and punchy foleys.
Multiple mic perspectives
The raw shots feature a total of 16 recording positions, from shooter perspective up to 80 meters, with a total of 25 channels. Among these you will find high SPL microphones attached to the weapons for mech sounds, CO-100k for ultrasonic content, large-diaphragm microphone close to the ground for punchy low ends, ambisonic perspective and much more! We also recorded the foley with multiple microphones, including a CO-100k for drastic pitch changes.
Designed and Game Ready assets
The library also includes “game ready assets”, which are edited versions of our designed sounds, with individual variations allowing easy implementation into your game engine or audio middleware.

When my wife and I were taking a little vacation in the woods of Hardwick, Vermont, I was awestruck by just the utter absence of any anthropogenic noise around us. Whenever there was a car coming through, you’d hear it from miles away, and, with it being late November, there were no bird calls for the majority of the time.
In a small patch of forest near Nichols Pond lies a network of creeks and water runoffs that are ideal for capturing undisturbed, serene sounds of water flowing. Stable temperatures meant that there was very consistent snow melt and the flow of the water stayed steady throughout many hours of recording.
As a result, this single-purpose library contains long-form recordings of these creeks that will excel wherever the sounds of water flowing are desired with not even the slightest hint of looping. With the exception of two babbling brooks captured in stereo during a hike, all recordings are 10 minutes long and captured in AmbiX (Ambisonic B-Format) for the greatest possible flexibility when it comes to placing them in a virtual environment.
These recordings are free of edits and include stereo versions for dragging and dropping without the need for Ambisonic decoding. As a special treat, three long-form recordings are also accompanied by a Geofón track that captures the vibrations caused by the water in the nearby soil.
Recording Specs: 24 Bit / 96 kHz AmbiX & Stereo. 48 kHz Mono Geofón Recordings
Channel Formats: AmbiX (Ambisonic B-Format), Stereo, Mono

With A Sound Effect, Asbjoern has created a web site where our international community can browse, learn, and share the vast fruits of our labors. Together we are accelerating the very real potential power of sound design as a recognized art form.
A Sound Effect is an excellent resource for us to keep our animated films sounding unique and exciting.
A Sound Effect is a great asset to have discovered.
We found the site very easy to navigate, purchasing and downloads were effortless and the effects themselves are awesome! Asbjoern has done us all a great service.
We’ll definitely be back!
There are many great independent sound effect libraries available these days. The main problem with having so many, is keeping track of them!
A Sound Effect is a great hub, and is one of the first places I visit to look for sounds by category or genre. I started coming here to see if I could find libraries that I knew I had heard, but forgot WHERE I had heard them.
And in the process discovered libraries I never would have found otherwise. Great work! Keep it up!
We're always looking for new sounds to mangle, so when A Sound Effect had a holiday sale, I tried them out.
The purchase experience is really smooth and quick, and delivery is almost instant.
I'll definitely come back to them again in the future!
A Sound Effect is a wonderful resource for indie sound effects libraries. On top of that, it has some of the finest sound design, film and game audio interviews!
I often need very specific types of sounds so I've become a big supporter of independent recorders.
Until now I've always had to go to their individual websites. Now I can find them all in one place.
And, Asbjoern is great to work with!
A Sound Effect is a well curated boutique sound effects shop and a great place to find industry interviews and learning resources.
