    Features

    smart:EQ 2 – Get a perfect mix within 30 second
smart:EQ 2 is a state-of-the-art equalizer with built-in AI engine. smart:EQ 2 brings unique AI algorithms with the latest research in psychoacoustics and decades of mixing and mastering experience together. Compared to his predecessor smart:EQ+ the feature set has been extended significantly which also called for a complete redesign of the user interface.

smart:EQ 2 analyzes your audio material and generates a custom filter curve to create a natural sounding tonal balance. Add clarity to your mixes, more punch to single tracks or carve out the harsh parts of your vocal recordings – in seconds and with unprecedented precision. smart:EQ 2 enhances the detail, clarity, and character of your audio track after only a few tweaks. Experience a mixing workflow much faster than ever before.

Smart:compressor – Detects & Recommends Best Compressor Settings
smart:comp is the latest addition to the product line of A.I. powered plug-ins by sonible. This unique spectro-dynamic compressor finds the parameters for well-balanced compression results in just a few seconds. Through frequency-selective processing, smart:comp also ensures unparalleled transparency. With this multidimensional approach, compression has evolved to the next level. The plug-in is the synergy of intelligently enhanced time-domain compression and trailblazing spectral compression. Behind the user-friendly and intuitive interface runs the smart:engine – an A.I.-based, content-aware system designed on the basis of psychoacoustic principles as well as extensive hands-on mixing experience.

The time-domain compressor recommends the most appropriate settings for threshold, ratio, attack and release with a single click, as the spectral compression dynamically keeps an eye on the tonal balance of the input signal.

  • The intelligent smart:EQ+ plug-in enhances the detail, clarity, and personality of your audio-track with a tap of the finger. What makes it special: the perfect mix is ready in a matter of seconds.

    Closer to the source
Often enough when interviewing, the recording microphone got placed too far from the source; or the grand piano turns out muddy because too much reverb was recorded. In these situations, proximity:EQ+ lets you draw the voice significantly closer and give the muddy piano a crisper sound in postproduction.

    Add space to the mix
Of course it is also possible that the microphones ended up getting too close to the sound source. Your mix then lacks spaciousness. proximity:EQ+ seamlessly distances the sound source without affecting its original character. This makes your entire mix more transparent and opens new ways of creating sonic depth.

Optimal room acoustics at the touch of a button
Even when you meticulously plan a setup and perfectly position the microphones – the acoustics of a given room simply are what they are. The sophisticated technology of proximity:EQ+ opens entirely new possibilities for amending detrimental room modes in post-production while leaving the direct sound entirely untouched.

  • ERA De-Esser is an one-knob audio effect plug-in that offers precision-grade de-essing.  It’s a knobrainer. Don’t let those sharp esses pierce your eardrums.

Harsh sibilance can be very annoying in both dialogue and vocal recordings. Getting rid of those noisy high-frequency consonants can be a complicated, time-consuming task.  This is why we developed an easy-to-use, fast and powerful tool that requires minimum effort but offers great results.

The ERA De-Esser is the only single-knob plugin that allows you to smooth out audio problems caused by excessive sibilance consonants (such as “s”,”t”, “z”, “ch”, “j” and  “sh”). Ease out sibilance and improve the quality of your audio with a single knob. The new De-Esser offers an improved UX with features such as: (i) a “Diff” button, (ii) a new elegant UI and (ii) a real-time processing display that allows you to visually monitor the plosive reduction in real-time.

When you need more control, the ERA De-Esser has three different modes that allow you to focus the plugin’s detection and processing to the problematic regions. When you have found a setting that works for your particular sibilance issue, you can use the  Intense button to get some extra processing.  There’s also a DIFF button that allows you to listen to what is being removed from your recording during processing.

  • ERA De-Clipper is an easy to use audio effect plug-in that automatically detects and restores any clipped part of your audio, without compromising audio quality.

Audio clipping (or saturation) is the distortion that occurs when you set your input signal level far too high. It happens when your analog or digital recording equipment reaches its limits and your system cannot handle the dynamics of your input signal.  Clipping results from over-saturation and usually sounds like a harsh distortion. When you look at the loud parts of your input waveform, you can see clippings as blocks of audio that are chopped off.

It’s always preferable to avoid clipping. But when you cannot re-record, the ERA  De-Clipper will be your life-saver. The ERA De-Clipper restores saturated audio segments and improves the overall signal quality.  Unlike any other De-Clipping software, the ERA De-Clipper is completely automatic. It detects and repairs the over-saturated audio segments. You just have to select between  Mode 1 (for standard use) and Mode 2 (for trickier cases). Repair your clipped audio in seconds with the new ERA De-Clipper.

  • Microphone leakage suppression tool for multichannel drum recordings.

Drumatom is the world’s first microphone leakage suppression tool for multichannel drum recordings. Fix poorly recorded drums, control hi-hat bleed on your snare and free up headroom for the rest of your mix. Drumatom enables engineers to reduce or completely eliminate  cross-microphone bleed from recorded drum kits, in a way that no other hardware or software can do.

Drumatom even reduces microphone bleed from simultaneous drum hits, rather than just the tail.  That’s possible because it filters out bleed based on tonal content, rather than just amplitude. That means the program can retain necessary low-level signals—such as snare drum ghost notes—while significantly reducing microphone bleed from other drum tracks.

The user has two separate software tools at his/her disposal: drumatom (the standalone application) and drumatom player (the plugin).  The standalone application is the functional core, performing all necessary analysis of audio information and file handling.Sophisticated Drum Mixing, Simply.
