    Lethal Blow is a collection of high quality fight sound effect. It features 925 sound effects; 600 source recording and 325 designed sound effects. It comes loaded with all sorts of sounds – from simple punches to multi-layerd crunchy blows and and meaty hits.
    All source sounds ware recorded with top tier microphones; Sennheiser MKH8040 and MKH8060 at 192kHz/24Bit with a Sound Devices recorder.

    Collection consists of two main categories:

    DESIGNED 96/24 (325 SFX)

    Bone Breaks – Crunchy breaks, snaps and tears.
    Grabs, throws and blacks.
    Bright Punches – Punches with meaty bottom and pronounces “beef slap” transients.
    Crunch Punches – Punches layered with bone breaks and cracks .
    Dark punches – Punches with more of a deep, organic, thump-y sound.
    Rips and tears – Fatality-like, gory tears.

    325 designed sound effects will get you started right away and save a lot of time when cutting fight scenes.
    600 high quality source recordings will allow you to design all kinds of punches, bone brakes and gore sound effects from scratch, exactly to your taste.

    All sound effects are highly tweakable. You can fine-tune them to your liking; pitch them up/down to remove/add weight whilst retaining details and clarity.

We work as game sound designers and are huge sci-fi fans, and our aim with this SFX library was to build the ultimate, self-contained sci-fi weapon library – in the sense that it includes everything you need to create powerful weapon sounds.

  • Mechanical Letterpress Play Track 15+ sounds included $39 $26.13

    Need rich, mechanical sound effects? You should definitely check this one out then: We got our hands on two functioning vintage Letterpresses: The motorized “Original Heidelberger Tiegel” (built in 1969 by Heidelberg Schnellpressen AG) and the pedal-driven “Boston Pedal Tiegel” (built in 1901 by Emil Kahle Maschinenfabrik).

    We captured these two unique printing machines in 192 kHz stereo from different angles using a range of microphones (Sennheiser MKH 8040 ORTF, Neumann TLM 103 ORTF, Barcus Berry Stereo Contact Mic). The 15 recordings are on average 4 minutes long each and include idle, run, stop and different running speeds.

    Lexus LFA is a two-seat sports car manufactured between 2009 and 2012 by Toyota brand, Lexus. The production number was limited to 500 cars.

    This rare and unique sounding car library features 74 high quality files recorded with multi mic setup. Engine was recorded in sync with cabin interior ambients, and you can expect different styles of driving. From casual city driving, through accelerations on a race track up to rpm ramps and constant rpm loops for game audio.

    Box 1. Earthquake Detector:

    littleboxes earthquake detectorA small device meant to be hung flat on the wall, the balls will swing and strike the strings if the ground begins to move.
    This box was shaken, plucked, strummed, performed and ebowed to produce a beautiful palette of acoustic string textures.
    In Kontakt those sounds evolved into a group of instruments that ran from folksy, zither like patches to lush, shimmering pads.

    In Kontakt the sounds evolved into an exotic group of instruments ranging from synth pads and percussion kits to vintage otherworldly sonic spectra.

    Box 3. MFO Weird Sound Generator:weird sound box
    A DIY analog synth built from a kit, this box yields a broad palette of thick, dynamic, chunky synth tones and evolving textures.
    After tweaking knobs and rolling for hours, each chunk of sound that made the cut was carefully edited, tagged, and then further sculpted to achieve its final state.
    In Kontakt a broad palette of luscious pads, thick warm basses, and polyphonic instruments emerged from the source textures.

     
    Box 4. Dementia Labs optical theremin:
    thereminA DIY circuit bent one-off custom theremin, this one features an elaborate unlabeled patchbay, a bunch of unlabeled knobs, and a light sensor as a modulator.
    This box yielded tons of static and crunchy textures, as well as some very retro sounding musical pads.
    The Kontakt patches turned into a pile of far out synths, analog crackles, and fuzzy goodness.

    Note: Can be used without Kontakt too!
    All Kontakt instrument libraries include fully unlocked and accessible metadata tagged .wav files. You don't need any version of Kontakt to use these files as a standalone sample library.

  • Get a huge variety of simple or complex lockdown mechanism sounds with a wide array of different latches and impacts with Lockdown, a performable Kontakt instrument and sound effects library.

    We brought in dozens of props big and small to generate a massive array of source material recorded at 24 bit 192kHz. These included cameras, carabiners, wrenches, rack cases, knives, can openers, tongs, crimpers, solder suckers, file cabinet doors, vehicle doors and servos and much more – all with multiple unique performances per set.

    Great care was taken to record each performance with the highest sonic quality and detail. We chose a pair of MKH50s in XY as our primary setup, creating a big, clean stereo image on every sound.

    Lockdown is divided into two parts –
    elements and designed:

    The elements collection has all of the source recordings in their unaltered states. Each sound is edited, cleaned, volume matched and carefully metadata tagged.


    The designed collection uses samples based on the elements recordings that have been transformed into entirely new and different sounds using heavy processing and layering. It was created to produce interesting design and transition sounds quickly and easily. Lockdown includes over 500 fully lockdowns of all sizes and scales.
