  • This collection contains a wide variety of buttons and switches. We pushed, flicked, turned and twisted all the buttons, knobs and switches we could find to make sure you have everything for your sound design needs. To give you as many options as possible, we recorded everything at a high sample rate with several microphones. Every sound was recorded with at least a contact microphone, a large diaphragm microphone and a small diaphragm microphone. In addition, most of the sounds were recorded with two small diaphragm microphones with different pickup patterns (omni and cardioid).

The high sample rate and multiple microphone setup makes this collection excellent for sound design and heavy processing. We have also included all sounds in 96 kHz and 48 kHz in case 196 kHz is not required for your projects.

    The following microphones were used:

    1x Barcus Berry (contact microphone)
1x Neumann U87 A1 or Brauner Phantom Classic (large diaphragm)
1x Sanken CU31 (small diaphragm, cardioid)
1x DPA 4041 (small diaphragm, omni)

  • Have you heard about fractals, if so then you probably know that they can be used as art; to an almost-infinite detail creating mind boggling patterns. Luckily, it so happens that one of our core team sound-designers is also a well known fractal artist.

With the help of “photo-synthesis” and “spectral-manipulations”, we extracted the unique impulse responses straight out of some of the most mathematical pieces of art we have ever seen. These visually insane patterns resulted in some truly unique sonic experiences, which we have been unable to find anywhere else. More importantly, now you can add an extra layer of complexity and dimension to your sound with the easy-to-use impulse responses.

These are not the typical reverb tones that can be found or created, in most already-existing convolution reverb plugins.

Think about these Mathematical Impulse Responses, as unique effects and textures, a sound designer’s’ paradise. Make your math-rock mathematically richer than ever before, or give your EDM a new harmonically otherworldly twist, go where you want to go without the fear of being held back by the tools you use.

    Details:

    • 64 impulse response samples
    • 48khz / 24bit wav files
    • Compatible with any convolution-reverb software
    • WAV + ReFill version (for Propellerhead Reason 8.3+ with 64 Combinator & RV7000mk2 patches)
  • We here at Sonner Sound have collected a wide range of buttons, switches handling noises, cranks and dials, both old and new. Moxie Sound and their seasoned recordists are proud to present to you their very first sound effects library featuring the one and only 1979 Volkswagen Westfalia 'Type 2' Camper.
This mini bus has a diesel engine that purs, rumbles, and roars. We recorded every sound this beast is capable of making. If you've got a project with this specific vehicle or a similar one that simply needs sweetening, you will find everything you are looking for here. The older character of this vehicle will no doubt add life to your story.

  • Human Sound Effects Kieuk Play Track 545+ sounds included, 23 mins total $33

This library is hilarious. In the best way possible.

Acquired from some very, very good people with the confidence to step in front of a TLM 107, this library encompasses all manners and methods of laughing. Smirks, snorts, puffs, chuckles, giggles, guffaws, hees, haws, roars, cries, and belly laughs. Some are playful, some are unenthusiastic, some are raucous, while others are uncomfortable. Detailed and precise, all of the tiniest nuances are captured from soft breaths to rapid mouth clicks to gravelly throat catches.

Voices are special. Voices are unique. While you may get lucky and be able to pin these joyful laughs nicely to a particular character or voice in your project, they are most powerful when used creatively as layers, one-off events, and definitive signatures in a product, scene, or design. All recordings are captured at 192 kHz to give you the utmost flexibility when stretching and modulating these assets, and we most definitely recommend that you do!

We understand. This is a specialized library that you may not need to frequently call upon in your everyday sound work. But suddenly, when you really can use a good laugh, it will be there, chock full of chuckles, ready to rock.

  • Door Sound Effects Squeaks & Creaks (MS) Play Track 313 sounds included, 19 minutes 29 seconds mins total $25

The squeakiest of the squeaks and the creakiest of the creaks! Halloween came early!

In this library you will find everything from deep, wrenching creaks to high piercing squeaks; quiet door knobs and twisting, turning plastics. Many of these sounds were recorded in a turn of the century old victorian home with decades of wear and tear to give the most authentic, creepy sounds that your heart desires.

Here you'll find drippy, squeaky faucets, loose boards on stairwells, creaking door hinges, squealing old door coils, metal scraping on metal, rending wood and plastic, quiet, airy floorboards, bone crushing twist and turns, gripping leather and rubber and so much more! With 300+ sounds you're sure to maximize your imagination's spookiest or maybe just that perfect sound design element you needed!

The sounds were recorded in stereo at 96 kHz 24 bit. The equipment used was a Sony PCM-M10 and the files were processed, edited, and mastered in Reaper.

  • Interface is a collection of Button Presses, Power-Ups, Data Rolls and Whooshes for use in Games and Multimedia. They are also very useful for creative music production. Use the whooshes as transition elements or the Power-Ups to start off a song. This collection belongs in every digital artist toolkit.

  • This library was compiled over the course of 5 years with 3 different recorders (Sony D50, Zoom H6 and Roland R07). The Roland was used in stealthy situations because of its size.

This collection of tracks depict the sound of traffic, both near and far, with the (seemingly) constant hum of the Los Angeles helicopter. There are plenty of those in these recordings, as well as a good variety of locations and situations. I believe this library represents the actual sound of Los Angeles in a general sense.

All tracks have been mastered in Pro Tools, with light compression to even out the bumps, and use EQ here and there to hide the rumble and calm the hiss. All bumps and unwanted noise has been edited out for the best result.

I hope you appreciate this collection, as I’ve used all the tracks myself. In most cases, these sounds have been bolstered and mastered for a fuller, more interesting sound.

All tracks have full metadata implemented for a clear and concise explanation of each track.

The Beautiful Bugs library brings you 88 insect sound effects that were recorded and designed while working on major feature films including David Lynch’s Blue Velvet and Peter Weir’s The Mosquito Coast. These masterful recordings were captured on excursions in the jungle of Belize, the Alaskan wilderness, muggy summertime North Carolina, and an insect lab in Berkeley, California.

Rich, descriptive embedded metadata helps you find the exact sound effect you need with descriptions that detail the emotional power of the recordings beyond the practical interpretations.

    Key Features:

    • 88 sound effects (2.55GB)
    • 24-bit/48kHz broadcast .wav files
    • Descriptive embedded metadata
    • 100% Royalty-Free
  • Developed in exclusive collaboration with Academy Award®-winners Mark Mangini & Richard L. Anderson, The Odyssey Collection: Foley Effects provides clean, natural recordings of everyday actions for seamless integration into your projects.

With a huge variety of props, surfaces, and variations of each sound, this go-to Foley sound library has you covered. Craft your scenes with common Foley recordings like footsteps, cloth rustle, and body grabs – as well as practical and peculiar objects like chair slides, glasses, coins, plastic, aerosol spray, butterfly wing flaps, and much more.

What is Foley? Foley is technically the act of recording sound effects performed in-sync to picture, using various props and surfaces, often on a Foley stage. In this case, these Foley-like sounds were recorded by Mangini and Anderson to fill out temp mixes of feature film projects before the traditional Foley process – with a focus on discrete actions within natural sonic environments.

“Much of what constitutes this library are wild sounds that Richard and I recorded because we didn’t have Foley yet. We would usually perform our ‘pre-Foley’ sound effects in acoustic spaces like rooms, halls, or wherever would make them sound most natural and useful in perpetuity across different projects.” – Mark Mangini (Blade Runner 2049, Mad Max: Fury Road)

    Explore sounds from Odyssey Foley
Foley effects need to strike the perfect balance of natural and expressive. Each recording in this library was masterfully captured in natural acoustic environments while creating the sound for hundreds of major feature films and TV shows – with an incredible attention to detail for variations in action to make sure you’re covered for all kinds of movement.
