The post process:
Great care was put into the editing phase of this library in order to maintain clean heads and tails for many of the recordings. We seamlessly sewed together multiple takes for those perfect sounding effects. We also took the time to edit out any and all extraneous noises such as stage sounds, distracting audience voices, offensive nearby claps, and more. In order to maintain the greatest dynamics, these sounds were all mastered at theatrical monitoring levels, giving you the most options in post. Metadata has been thoroughly fleshed out for this library which makes searching for these sounds quick and easy, allowing more time for your creative process.

Endless Drones is a diverse set of 100 multi-layered atmospheres and mangled drone textures, that will help you portray an unsettling sense of mood or establish a unique sense of location in your projects.
All sounds are formed using field recordings and organic sound elements that have been are mixed and merged with synthetic tones and low-end rumble sources, using extensive processing and advanced production techniques.
Some of the interesting real-life elements that have been used in the making of this library are city and roaring factory ambiences, radio statics, cicada songs, water flows and howling winds, spooky waves of laughter, horse galloping sounds, rough metal scrapes and slides, tape wrapping sounds around gears and rainscapes.
And the sounds can be described as spacious, immersive, futuristic, mysterious, wide, deep, dark, hypnotic, ominous, experimental.
This library gets you 130 minutes of stereo recordings from an intense off-road motorcycle racing event, captured on a late autumn day with ideal weather conditions.

Audio clipping (or saturation) is the distortion that occurs when you set your input signal level far too high. It happens when your analog or digital recording equipment reaches its limits and your system cannot handle the dynamics of your input signal. When you look at the loud parts of your input waveform, you can see clippings as blocks of audio that are chopped off.

There are many great independent sound effect libraries available these days. The main problem with having so many, is keeping track of them!
A Sound Effect is a great hub, and is one of the first places I visit to look for sounds by category or genre. I started coming here to see if I could find libraries that I knew I had heard, but forgot WHERE I had heard them.
