The Junkyard Metal sound library includes 3183 clips in 98.49 GB. It collects the sound of metal hits, drops, pick ups, rattles and clatters, rumbles and rummaging, rocking, rolling, and scraping.
Featuring diverse props ranging from large metal storage containers, diesel tanks, shopping carts, and tractor buckets to to smaller propane tanks, crates, shopping carts, and bolts, nails, and ammunition, the collection provides multiple performances in each clip.
The sounds were performed from light to heavy intensities and captured at 192 kHz, 24-bit resolution with Sanken, Sennheiser, Neumann, and Schoeps microphones.
The bundle is delivered with Pro Tools and Reaper mixing sessions, full professional embedded metadata, and metadata keyword import files in 7 languages.
Audi A3 8L 1.9 TDI sound library features 51 high quality files recorded with multi mic setup. Engine was recorded in sync with cabin interior ambients, and you can expect different styles of driving. From casual city driving, through accelerations on a highway up to rpm ramps and constant rpm loops for game audio. A killer antique accordion full of paper crinkles, key clacks, sick sounding wheezes and old wood creaks. The antique accordion was rescued from a local antique shop. It has a hole in the bellows that creates a distinct wheezing sound, and it is loaded up with strange squeaks, pops and paper textures.
We rolled on this instrument for about an hour, and did everything from flicking the keys to dropping and pounding it. The accordion took some abuse, but in the end what it gave back was a wealth of old sounding textures you can’t fake.
This instrument was recorded at 24 bit 96k, in dual mono – with an AT4050 for a wide perspective and a Schoeps CMC6.MK4 for a close perspective. Comes with 57 .wav files and 19 Kontakt .nki files (the .nki files require the full retail version of NI Kontakt 4.2.3 or later)

Squelch, Squish and Splat consists of 455 beautifully recorded and edited sounds, tagged with rich metadata. From squishing tomatoes and plunging mangos to mashing melons and more.
The library is a collection of atmosphere recordings of different sized/aged spruce and birch forests during spring time in Eastern Finland.
In these recordings you can hear a variety of common birds during different times of the day and also change of the weather such as multiple states of the wind or even sudden snowing.
The library contains 28 files (14 B-format and 14 Stereo files) captured at 24bit/96kHz. Total length of about 2.5 hours.
B-format files are in FuMa format.
With the free SoundField SurroundZone 2 plugin you can convert the B-format files into your preferred format (stereo, 5.0, 5.1, 6.0, 6.1, 7.0 or 7.1 surround). There's also other plugin options such as Harpex-B.

These recordings are very raw. Very little or none denoising, EQ or any other processing method was used.

These high-quality sound recordings were meticulously recorded in Mexico, Guatemala. Honduras, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Costa Rica and Panama. Included is also a taste of the Caribbean and beyond with additional recordings from Belize and Cuba.
Sounds of Central America was recorded with the intention to be particularly useful for post-production environments with a range of genuine and rare sounds you could expect to hear in these countries.
From wild Mexican rodeos, to howler monkeys screaming in the Guatemalan jungle, local fish markets in El Salvador, various means of local transportation, exotic nature, all kinds of crowds with all kinds of local accents, angry mobs, incredibly close-mic’d hummingbird wings and so much more.

This library was recorded in different locations. The main one is the woods to record the detail of the mountain bicycles when riding. Other locations were on asphalt roads, to obtain the delicious sound of the wheels and chain spinning and drifting.
The library was recorded in mono and stereo depending on the perspective of the rider.
Recording of a 1927 tugboat with a Deutz VM 145 4-cylinder engine with 200 horsepower at 300 RPM in 30 synchronized takes.

There are many great independent sound effect libraries available these days. The main problem with having so many, is keeping track of them!
A Sound Effect is a great hub, and is one of the first places I visit to look for sounds by category or genre. I started coming here to see if I could find libraries that I knew I had heard, but forgot WHERE I had heard them.
And in the process discovered libraries I never would have found otherwise. Great work! Keep it up!
